  • Patent number: 9986573
Abstract: A method performed by a wireless device for determining Channel State Information, CSI, estimates to be transmitted in a CSI report for at least one CSI process configured for the wireless device to a network node in a radio communications network is provided. The wireless device receives a message comprising an indication to discard existing CSI estimates and/or an indication to use CSI estimates corresponding to a determined period of time. In response to said message, the wireless device determines CSI estimates to be used in the CSI report to the network node according to the received indication. A wireless device is also described. Furthermore, a network node and method therein for controlling CSI estimates transmitted by one or more wireless devices in CSI reports of at least one CSI process configured for the one or more wireless devices to the network node in a radio communications network are provided.

Abstract: A system, a Computer-implemented method and an apparatus for the generation of automated, hybrid Test Suites for one or more Business Processes to measure one or more quality attributes of a system under test. A Processing module converts the Business Processes with tags into a Test-Centric Activity Diagram (TCAD) which is traversed by a Parsing module to identify one or more types of Nodes and corresponding Edges to generate one or more Lists that annotate the TCAD for an Analysis module which generates one or more Test Scenarios by representing the various paths through the Business Process under test in addition to Test Scenarios generated using other Tests. A Test Generator takes inputs from storage containing Test Data Models and the Test Scenarios generated by the Analysis module, to generate automated, hybrid Test Suites including, Test Cases, Test Data Placeholders, and Test Scripts.

  • Patent number: 9979503
Abstract: In radio transmission between a mobile communication network and a user equipment, signals are received in a subframe comprising a first group of one or more resource elements and a second group of one or more resource elements. The first group is subject to a first level of interference from at least one further radio channel while the second group is subject to a second level of interference from the at least one further radio channel. A first measurement and a second measurement are performed. Based on the first and second measurements the interference from the at least one further radio channel is estimated and interference mitigation is performed.

  • Patent number: 9980192
Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed for steering a UE (103) from a WLAN (105) to a cellular network (106) with an overlapping coverage area. The UE (103) is connected to the WLAN (105) through an access point (AP) (102). The AP (102) suppresses the broadcast of a network identifier of the WLAN (105) and de-authenticates the UE (103) from the WLAN (105). After de-authenticating the UE (103), the AP (102) ignores probe requests from the UE (103). The UE (103) will conclude that the WLAN (105) is no longer available and will connect to the cellular network. From the perspective of the UE (103), the suppression of the network makes it appear to the UE (103) that it has moved out of range of the AP (102) so the UE (103) will not “blacklist” the WLAN (105). The suppression of the network ID will not impact UEs not targeted, which will continue to communicate via WLAN (105) even when the network ID is suppressed.

  • Patent number: 9980201
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a base-station-to-base-station (BS-BS) gateway in a Long Term Evolution (LTE) cellular communication network and methods of operation thereof. In one embodiment, the BS-BS gateway receives information from a first base station which includes a hostname and a network address of the first base station. The BS-BS gateway then stores a mapping between the hostname and the network address. Thereafter, in one embodiment, the BS-BS gateway enables a second base station to address messages to the first base station using the hostname of the first base station. In this manner, changes in the network address of the first base station will not affect the ability of the second base station to address messages to the first base station. In some embodiments, the first base station is a low-power base station (LP-BS) and the second base station is a high-power base station (HP-BS).

  • Patent number: 9977642
Abstract: The invention relates to an encoder and a decoder and methods therein for supporting screen sharing, where the screen sharing comprises encoding pictures F representing pixels of a shared screen, providing said pictures to a decoder where they are decoded. The method performed by the encoder comprises deriving information related to an object which is moved on the shared screen between two pictures Fn and Fn+1. At least part of the derived information is related to an intermediate position of the object, on the shared screen, between the two pictures Fn and Fn+1. The method further comprises providing said information to the decoder, thereby enabling the decoder to generate intermediate pictures, FIMD, in addition to the pictures, F, based on the provided information, wherein the object is generated in different positions in said intermediate pictures, FIMD, thus reconstructing the movement of the object between two provided pictures Fn and Fn+1.

  • Publication number: 20180135305
Abstract: The invention provides a system for installing a rail and closure assembly on a metal roof. The rail and closure assembly includes a supporting rail and closure structure adapted to be supported by adjacent rib elevations of the roof, and an overlying load adapted to be supported by the rail and closure structure. The rail and closure structure diverts water around the rail and closure assembly. The entire heights of the side rails, including the rail bottoms, are above the closest portions of the panel flats. At least one panel of each of the side rails faces the respective rib along the full length of the respective side rail. The rail and closure assembly also includes a lower closure. Opposing ends of the lower closure extend upwardly and interface with the ribs. The lower closure further comprises a lower flange which interfaces with a respective panel flat.

  • Publication number: 20180136952
Abstract: Provided herein are methods, systems, and computer-program products for providing a library of base classes to be used by applications to facilitate real-time analytics. In some examples, the library may be a C++ Library that provides a set of primitive operators (e.g., spout base class, tube base class, and sink base class) for user derivation. In some examples, the spout base class may relate to receiving data from a data source, the tube base class may relate to performing one or more operations on the received data, and the sink base class may relate to sending the processed data to a data target. The spout, tube, sink together provide a real-time streaming framework interface that may be extended by the user.

  • Publication number: 20180133167
Abstract: A composition and method are disclosed for optimizing sperm survival and function for couples suffering from male infertility by stimulating and increasing the female sexual partner's vaginal lubrication. An increased amount of vaginal transudate is produced in the female by the topical vulval application of a composition containing menthol or a related cooling compound. The resulting increased amount of vaginal transudate can support the function and viability of the spermatozoa in the hostile vaginal environment and ultimately in the cervical mucus to both capacitate sperm in vivo and to provide a medium for gradient sperm differentiation in the vagina and cervix. The inventive composition and method provides a means to compensate for male infertility caused by abnormal semen quality in order for a couple to successfully achieve conception.

  • Patent number: 9973977
Abstract: A system and method of supporting packet-switched handover of a mobile station (MS) from a GERAN/UTRAN cell to a Generic Access Network (GAN) cell within a GAN. If the MS is within coverage of the GAN cell, the MS registers within the GAN, triggering initiation of the packet-switched handover from the GERAN/UTRAN cell to the GAN cell. A preparation phase is then conducted for executing the packet-switched handover. The preparation phase includes identifying the MS context as part of the preparation phase and activating the GA-PSR TC towards the MS. Next, the packet-switched handover is executed, resulting in the MS switching to GAN mode. The MS then begins transferring packets via the GAN cell. The system and method also supports a packet-switched handover from the GAN cell to the GERAN/UTRAN cell.
