Abstract: A bottom drawer slide assembly with a guide rail is constructed as a profile rail to be secured to the carcase wall, a running rail is longitudinally movably mounted on the guide rail by means of rolling bodies retained in a cage. A hollow profile section whose cross-section is the same as the cross-section of the running rail, is pivotably connected to the inner end of the running rail. Cooperating guide means are provided on the guide rail, and the pivotable hollow profile section which hold the hollow profile section in the first position during movement of the running rail on the guide rail from the open position of the drawer in alignment with the running rail over the major portion of the inward movement, but pivot it increasingly into the second position parallel to the rear wall of the drawer when its inner end approaches the rear wall of the carcase.

Abstract: Connecting hardware for furniture parts, particularly of panel-shaped components of easily disassembled furniture. The connecting hardware includes a bolt which protrudes from one furniture part and can be introduced into a recess in the second furniture part. The bolt is held in a connecting position by a tensioning element provided in the recess and which engages the free end of the bolt, the bolt being held in a fastening bushing inserted in the first furniture part. The end section of the bolt is offset eccentrically to the center axis of the bolt and is disposed rotatably in an associated accommodating opening of the fastening bushing. The accommodating opening for holding the end section in turn is offset by the same amount eccentrically to the external diameter of the fastening bushing. The eccentricity of the end section and of the associated accommodating opening is selected so that the accommodating opening extends to the outside with formation of a slot-like opening in the fastening bushing.

Abstract: An arrangement for holding the bottom panel (12), which forms the bottom of a drawer, at the assigned side walls (14) of the drawer, for which the lateral edge regions of the bottom panel are in each case held seated on a supporting flange (26) protruding horizontally from the lower edge region of the side walls. In the rear end region of the side walls (14) of the drawer in the interior of the carcass, in each case an extended projection (28) protrudes upwards essentially at right angles from the supporting flange (26). An extended, groove-like recess (30), which is shaped essentially complementarily in cross section to the projection and the longitudinal extent of which is greater than the longitudinal extent of the projection, is provided in the underside of the bottom panel opposite to the projection.

Abstract: A jig for hanging doors with preinstalled hinges on the stiles of cabinet carcases, wherein the hinge has a mounting plate which is to be placed on the front edge of the stile and fixed in the correct position on the stile. The jig has a body which can straddle the edge of the stile and be held in place by a cam action. It has at least one recess in an end of its portion straddling the stile, the width of the recess being at least equal to the width of the mounting plate and its depth substantially equal to the thickness of the mounting plate.

Abstract: The present invention is a fitting for the adjustable-height mounting of drawers on the runner rails of drawer slides, which support them on the bottom. On the runner rail of each drawer slide a slider is provided with a bearing surface facing the drawer bottom, and can be shifted parallel to the runner rails by a given amount. The slides are inclined, however, such that the bearing surface of the slider will be substantially flush with the drawer bottom or even below the drawer bottom when the drawer is supported on the runner rail in the properly installed position. But in the other end position the slider is shifted upward by the amount desired for the adjustment.

Abstract: A furniture hinge (10) with a door-related hinge member, which is constructed as a hinge pot (18) that can be inserted countersunk in a recess (16) on the inside of the door leaf (12) and is composed of a pot part (20), lying within the recess, and a fastening flange (22), which can be placed upon the region of the inside of the door leaf, adjoining the door leaf recess (16), and can be fastened to the back side of the door leaf (12) by fastening means engaging the material of the door leaf (12) in the specified fastening position of the door leaf (12), the pot part (20), engaging the recess (16), being dimensioned smaller than the recess (16) in the door leaf (12) in such a manner, that, in the unfastened state, it can be shifted in the recess by a specified amount at least at right angles to the border edge of the door leaf (12).

Abstract: A metal fitting (10) for holding a front face (12) of a drawer at its side walls (16). The metal fitting is composed of a holding part (14), which is to be fastened to the surface of the front face (12) on the inner side of the drawer, and of a receiving part (18) at each side wall of the drawer.

Abstract: Arrangement for fastening a hollow railing (10) to the front (24) of a drawer. A blind bore (26) is created on the back of the drawer front. The threaded shaft (20) of a fastener having a fastening head (22) of larger diameter, which can be inserted into the bore, is screwed into the front end of the railing. The fastening head tapers from its end at the railing towards its free end such that its upper generatrix is parallel over most of its length with the railing, and its lower generatrix slopes downwardly from the free end of the fastening head over most of its length. Near the free end of the fastening head at least one knife-edged projection reaching radially upwardly is provided and its cutting edge runs more or less circumferentially.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a door-related hinge member having a cup-like portion to be sunk in a substantially circular mortise (28) in the back of a door (30) and having a flange (34) integral with the upper edge of cup-like portion. At least two centering studs (36) extend from the bottom of the flange and engage in two holes (38; 38') situated near the mortise. The hinge member is installable on at least two doors which are different as regards the position of the holes for the centering studs, the studs are provided in an area of the flange (34) in which the flange, when in the correctly installed position, covers the holes of the differently configured doors (30). The centering studs are of such shape and size that their outer periphery contacts the wall of each of the holes (38; 38') in at least along a line, in each of the differently configured doors (30).

Abstract: Hardware device for the vertically adjustable mounting of drawers extractably held in the carcase of furniture pieces by means of drawer slides. Each of the drawer slides has a guide rail for fastening in the carcase interior and a runner rail for attachment to the drawer on which races are provided for roller bodies or at least a roller journaled on one of the rails. In the vicinity of the carcase-front end of the drawer slide there is mounted a sector-shaped, thin adjuster for rotation about a vertical axis, the thickness of which measured in the vertical direction increases wedge-like in the direction of rotation from a radially disposed edge. The axis of rotation of the adjuster is so disposed with respect to the drawer slide that the portion that thickens wedge-like can be set between one of the rails of the drawer guide and a vertically opposite steady surface of the furniture piece.

Abstract: A door fastening member of a furniture hinge having a hinge cup for installation sunk in a recess in the rear surface of a door leaf. The hinge cup has a fastening flange engaging the inner surface of the door leaf. Projecting from the underside of the fastening flange, spaced from the hinge cup, are offset fastening pegs which engage in associated bores in the door leaf and which may each be fixed in the associated bore by means of a fastening element which is rotatable relative to the fastening flange.Due to eccentric mounting of the rotatable fastening element, knife-like anchoring ribs provided on the fastening element of the fastening peg are movable out of a position of the bores.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a screw hole (12) in hardware parts (10), especially in metal furniture hardware, in which is screw with a given outside thread diameter provided with a truncoconical countersink head can be preinstalled. The hole (12) has a countersink (18) matching the truncoconical head of the screw, followed by a substantially cylindrical hole section (20) for the passage of the shaft of the screw. The inside diameter of the cylindrical hole section (20) is slightly smaller than the outside diameter of the screw shaft measured across the threads of the screw (14), and into the cylindrical hole section an internal thread (24) is worked into the cylindrical hole section, where the length of the threaded shaft as measured in the screw driving direction is shorter than that of the unthreaded shaft section of the screw adjoining the bottom of the countersink head.

Abstract: A furniture hinge (10) with a carcase-related part (12) which can be fastened adjustably on the carcase of a furniture piece, which is coupled to a door-related part by a linkage mechanism, and which is configured as a hinge cup (14) of metal. The cup part (18) of the hinge cup (14) can be mounted sunken in a mortise in the door and has a flange (20) lying on the inside of the door and projecting from the edge of the cup part. From the bottom of the flange protrude at least one, and preferably two, studs (32) provided with a number of anchoring ribs of pointed cross section, which can be mounted in associated, separate holes in the door. The stud (32) or studs are made expandable by a screw (30) in the manner of an expansion plug and are premounted on the flange by means of the screw being driven in only partially.

Abstract: A cabinet-wall member of a cabinet hinge in the form of an elongate arm which is stamped from initially flat sheet metal and shaped so that a flange is bent at a substantially right angle from each of its longitudinal edges such that the arm has an inverted channel-shaped cross section over most of its length. The flanges are additionally stiffened over at least a portion of their length--e.g., by embossing at least one bead running lengthwise of the arm.

Abstract: Fastening plug (10) made of plastic for fastening in a corresponding bore, especially for fastening furniture hardware on furniture, with an elongate stem portion (14) which can be releasably fastened on the associated hardware piece, from whose outer circumferential surface a number of annular projections (16) offset lengthwise on the stem having a triangular cross section tapering outwardly, each forming a knife-edge-like holding burr (18). The outside diameter of the holding burr is greater than the diameter of the corresponding bore, while the stem portion (14) has between the first annular projection (16) on the hardware end and the end facing the hardware a neck (20) whose diameter is smaller than the diameter of the corresponding bore.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a furniture hinge having a wall-related part shaped as an elongated supporting arm which can be mounted for adjustment in at least two coordinate directions on an associated mounting plate disposed on the wall of a cabinet carcase. The supporting arm is mounted and fastened on the mounting plate by a mounting screw driven into the mounting plate and passing through a slot provided at the inside end with an enlarged pass-through opening in the web of the supporting arm. A threaded spindle is screwed in a tap in the web of the supporting arm, which is situated further out from the carcase interior than the slot. At the bottom end of the spindle, on a neck of smaller diameter, is a head of larger diameter. This head is inserted into an open-ended slot provided in the mounting plate, which clutches the sides of the head, securing it against lifting away from the mounting plate.

Abstract: Drawer front fastening hardware (10) with a lug (24) which can be fastened to the inside surface of the drawer front and has a vertical slot (26) opening at the bottom end, into which a stud (28) having a tap (30) opening at its end and protruding from the drawer side (14) can be introduced. The stud (28) can be inserted into the slot in the mounting lug (24) and, by tightening a fastening screw (31) provided with a washer (33) and driven into the tap (30), fixed therein, the drawer front (12) being thereby joined to the drawer side (14).The mounting lug (24) has in its area situated between the slot (26) and the drawer front an elongated recess or groove (40) running parallel to the slot (26) and a ramp (42) in a plane parallel to the drawer bottom from the bottom of the recess at an angle inclined away from the drawer front (12), on which an elongated margin (38) of the washer (33), bent at a complementary angle, is supported.

Abstract: The invention relates to a corner cabinet hinge (30) for hanging a free panel (14b) of a two-panel corner cabinet door (14) on the panel (14a) that is hung by a hinge on the carcase supporting wall. The hinge (30) has two members which are associated one with each of the door panels and which are formed as a hinge cup (38) disposed in one of the door panels, and as a hinge arm (34) mounted rotatably in the hinge cup and adjustably fastened to the other door panel. In the area where the hinge arm (34) is journaled in the hinge cup (38) a thrusting device is provided which in the closed position of the door (14) biases the door panel into a position in which the panel assumes an angle of slightly more than 90.degree.. The thrusting device has a pusher displaceably mounted in the hinge cup and biased against the end of the hinge arm that is journaled in the hinge cup, plus a cam surface formed on this end of the hinge arm, which the pusher attacks.

Abstract: Wheel (10) for roller guides for drawers in furniture, having a wheel body (12) made of a shape-stable hard plastic which has a circumferential groove-like opening (28) in the rim with at least one recess and having a tire (20) of resilient material, preferably an elastomeric plastic protruding above the rim of the wheel body. The plastic is injected in fluid form into the groove-like opening (28) with the recess or recesses and in its elastically deformable final state it conforms to the groove-like opening and recess(es). In a side surface of the wheel body (12) an open-mouthed annular groove (26) is provided and the recess(es) issuing from the circumferential, groove-like opening (28) for the integrated tire (20) is (are) configured as a passage (22) going all the way to the annular groove (26) .

Abstract: Corner connecting hardware for joining the cabinet-interior ends of the drawer sides (14) to their associated back (16) of drawers (10), in the form of a corner piece (30) made of plastic or metal, having structure for attachment to the drawer sides and extending substantially above the height of the drawer walls (14; 16), which can be fastened in the back end area of the drawer side and the associated end area of the drawer back. The corner piece (30) is made at least partially hollow, and a tenon (42) provided at the bottom end of a rail support (40) can be inserted through its upper end which is normally closed off by a top cover (36). In the upper end area of the rail support (40) the ends of rails (20; 22) can be fastened at a distance from and parallel to the drawer side and drawer back (14; 16), respectively, and their other ends can be fastened, one to the drawer front in the one case, and in the other case to the rail support (40) provided at the other end area of the drawer back.
