Abstract: Hinge for hanging the free panel of a bipartite corner-cabinet door on the panel that is hinged to the supporting wall of the carcase. The hinge has two leaves associated one with each of the door panels and the leaves can pivot relative to one another on a pivot pin passing through aligned bores provided at the meeting arrises of the door. Each of these hinge leaves has at least one angular appendage running across the front edge of the associated door panel to a point near the door's arris, and the bores for the hinge pins are provided in the staggered knuckles of the hinge leaves. The two hinge leaves are in the form of elongated supporting arms to each of which the end of one link of a pair of links is articulated, the other ends of the links being articulated to one another.

Abstract: A system for fastening the bottom (14) of a drawer to the drawer's sides, in which projecting strips (26, 24) projecting integrally from the sides and running in the direction in which the drawer is opened overlap the top and/or bottom sides of the drawer bottom, and/or a projecting strip (28a ) enters into a longitudinal groove (30) made in the edge (32) of the drawer bottom facing the drawer sides. At least one anchoring projection is provided in the area of the drawer sides (12) facing the adjacent edge (32) of the bottom which when the drawer is assembled, penetrates into the material of the bottom (14), and which either overlaps the projecting strips (24, 26, 28a ) at right angles to the drawer-opening direction or is offset from them.

Abstract: A furniture hinge (10) for hanging a door (12) on a cabinet carcase, whose door-related member (18) is configured as a hinge cup which can be set into a mortise (16) in the inside of the door (12), the hinge cup being composed of the actual cup part (20) lying within the mortise and a mounting flange (22) which can be placed on the area of the inside of the door adjoining the door mortise. In the mounting flange at least one slot (24) running at right angles to the adjacent edge of the door is provided for a mounting screw which can be driven into the door. The cup part (20) engaging in the mortise (16) is undersized with respect to the door mortise such that, when the mounting screw is loosened it can be shifted in the mortise by a given amount at right angles to the door edge.

Abstract: A furniture hinge has a door fastening member coupled via a joint mechanism to a carcase fastening member which is constructed as a support arm movably securable to a mounting member secured to the furniture carcase. Means are provided which allow the door fastening member to be vertically adjustable with respect to the carcase fastening member, even while the door fastening member is secured thereto.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a drawer side made of metal. The drawer side includes a double-walled upper profile section bent from sheet metal and open at the bottom, into whose open bottom a bottom profile section (14) which is separately made and joined to the upper profile section is inserted, so that the drawer side is formed by a closed hollow profile. The bottom profile section (14) is inserted into the open bottom of the double-walled upper profile section (12) bent from sheet metal. The bottom profile section is made of plastic, preferably by an injection molding process from a thermoplastic.

Abstract: A hinge housing for installation in an opening in a thin sheet wall of a door is provided. The hinge housing has a liner plate for installation along an underside thereof against an inside face of the wall, the liner plate having an opening which generally conforms to the opening in the wall, the liner plate having at least two first locking projections extending from the underside of the plate which can grip an outside face of the wall upon rotation of the lining plate. The hinge housing also has a fastening flange for installation against the upper side of the liner plate, the fastening flange having a cup portion and a flange portion extending radially from a rim of the cup portion, the outside perimeter of the cup portion generally conforming to the opening in the wall, such that when the fastening flange is installed against the liner plate, the flange portion covers the liner plate and the cup portion extends into the opening and through the wall.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a cabinet hinge (10) for hanging a door on a cabinet whose front opening is narrowed by a frame reaching inward at right angles from the side walls, which is at least partially overlapped by the inside of the closed door. The hinge (10) has an arm (28) of sheet metal which has a mounting plate (32) which can be placed on the free edge (16) of a stile (14) of the frame and releasably fastened thereon, whose width corresponds essentially to the width of the edge (16) of the stile (14), and which bears the arm (28) coupled by a link mechanism to the hinge member (22) attached to the door. On the front and back margins of the mounting plate (32) there is created at least one tab (36; 38) bent substantially at right angles against the outer and inner faces of the stile (14). The inner tab or tabs (38) are provided with a pointed or knife-edged projection (40) extending toward the inner face of the stile (14).

Abstract: A mounting system for the carcase-interior end of the guide rail (10) of a drawer guide for drawers and the like in the carcase of a cabinet at a distance from the inside surface of the associated carcase side wall. The guide rail (10) is formed as a channel which is fitted from underneath into a corresponding runner rail which can be fastened to the drawer and is formed by an inverted channel inside of which tracks are formed for rolling bodies. In the portion of the guide rail (10) engaged in the runner rail, tracks are also formed for the rolling bodies, so that the runner rail is displaceable relative to the guide rail. The section of the guide rail (10) engaged in the runner rail is bent from the horizontally disposed web of the rail. In the carcase-interior end portion of the guide rail (10) a tab (16) stands up from its horizontal web and is aligned transversely of the length of the guide rail, and is provided with detent teeth (18) on its edge pointing away from the web.

Abstract: In a mounting plate (10) configured as a wing plate for the adjustable mounting of the supporting arm of a furniture hinge, height adjustment is brought about by the fact that the mounting plate is divided into a bottom part (12) which can be affixed to the surface of the cabinet wall and a top part (14) which is displaceable in the direction of height on the bottom part and can be fixed at selected levels. In the mounting plate (10) one of the wings (20) is formed on the bottom part (12) and the other wing (18) on the top part (14), the bottom part reaching into an opening in the bottom of the wing (18) of the top part (14) and thus assuring guidance of the top part (14) on the bottom part (12) in the adjusting procedure.

The running roller of the profiled running rail which is to be mounted on the associated withdrawable furniture portion, for instance a drawer, runs on the strip-shaped limb sections (16; 18) projecting from the web surface (14). At its front end at the exterior of the carcass the profiled rail has a substantially flat surfaced fastening flange (20) as an extension of the web surface (14 from which the pivot pin (22) for the running roller (24) running on the running rail projects.

Abstract: Wheel (10) for roller drawer guides, whose body (12) made of a hard plastic of stable shape journaled on a wheel axle has a circumferential groove (18) in its rim, in which there is disposed a tire (20) of resiliently deformable material, preferably elastomeric plastic, anchored in at least one bore or opening (22) in the wheel body and slightly proud of the rim (16) of the wheel. The at least one bore or opening is configured as a through-bore (22) running radially from the bottom of the groove (18) to the surface of the journal bore (14) in the wheel body (12).
