Abstract: A valve for removable attachment to the rim of a heavy-vehicle tubeless t includes a valve base, a locking nut and a sealing joint. The valve base has a tubulure that passes through an opening in the rim, a shoulder for compressing the sealing joint against one surface of the rim and two diametrically opposite resting surfaces for engaging the rim surface and limiting the compression of the sealing joint. The locking nut cooperates with the opposite surface of the rim to compress the sealing joint against the rim.

Abstract: The strut comprises a ball bearing (42) located below the lower retainer ) of the spring (4). The ball bearing (42) is centered on an eccentric collar (27) in order to shift the center of the ball bearing (42) by a distance e from the axis of the shock absorber. Rotation between the body (2) of the shock absorber and the hub holder (5) displaces the center of the ball bearing (42), which shifts the lower retainer (41) accordingly. Using a suitable measuring bench, the strut is adjusted precisely upon the assembling thereof.

Abstract: A metering device which includes a storage reservoir 3, a volumetric extror 30 introducing roughly gauged batches of material into an intermediate hopper 4, which empties periodically into a weighing hopper 1. Under the latter, rapid stabilization scales 2 record the weight of the batch contained in the weighing hopper 1. The latter is emptied onto a belt 5 at the end of a time interval proportional to the weight of the batch or of one of the preceding batches.

Abstract: The invention relates to an extrusion head (3) for manufacturing a product ade of a rubber compound, provided with an inlet passage (41) for said rubber compound to pass into an accumulation chamber emerging in an extrusion orifice (6) through which said rubber compound is forced and which includes a wall (8) acting cooperatively with a rotating roller (7) in order to define the profile of the product, the extrusion head (3) comprising a coating device (15) which puts a material based on a rubber compound into the accumulation chamber (4) directly between the inlet passage (41) and the extrusion orifice (6) and distributes it on the surface of the roller (7) in order to superpose, from above, the product issuing from the inlet passage (41). The "coating" material may consist of the strands of flash coming from deflashing the edges of the extruded product, the coating device therefore constituting a flash recycling device.
