Abstract: A method is provided for fixedly joining a cloth, a cloth-like fabric or a synthetic mesh to a rigid or semi-rigid hub to form a seal, which secures the cloth, the cloth-like fabric or the synthetic mesh to the hub by enclosing the edge of the material between the neck of the hub and a ring, and causing the fusing of the hub and ring through induction heating of a bonding agent The assembly is advantageously used as a filter screen in a filter press.
Abstract: An electroacoustic transducer, which has a case, a base located in the case, a core attached to the center of the base, a coil wound around the core, a magnet placed around the coil with a clearance formed in between with one end of the magnet is supported by the base, a support member located around the magnet for supporting an elastic plate, and a magnet support portion provided in the support member for supporting the other end of the magnet.
Abstract: The invention provides a miniaturized and low-profile electroacoustic transducer. In the electroacoustic transducer, a space is formed underneath a magnet by diminishing a vertical thickness of the magnet in comparison with the height of a magnetic core, and also by disposing the magnet at a position trensversely aligned to an upper portion of the magnetic core, so that the space is utilized as a part of a back space at the back of a diaphragm, and for connection of terminals of a coil with external terminals, thereby realizing miniaturization and flattening in the shape of the electroacoustic transducer.
Abstract: A cutting-off method of an automatic lathe, comprising steps of applying a front working to a bar material by a front working tool with the bar material chucked by a main spindle rotatably supported by a headstock and with a top end of the bar material supported by a guide bush, applying a cutting-off by a cut-off tool after completion of the front working with the top end of the bar material chucked and rotatively driven by a sub spindle rotatably supported by a rear headstock, and simultaneously releasing the bar material chucked by the main spindle so that the headstock may rearwardly move to a working start position to be ready for the next working.
Abstract: The invention provides an electroacoustic transducer wherein the resonant chamber is given a space and volume necessary for resonance and the vibration system is given an efficient air damping effect and thereby undesired vibrations are suppressed with the resonant effect maintained. The electroacoustic transducer according to the invention is provided with a resonant chamber for resonating with the vibration of a diaphragm and a sound ejecting hole for communicating the resonant chamber with the outside air formed on a position off to the central axis of the diaphragm. Furthermore, an air damping means for compensating the lowering of the air damping effect due to the dislocation of the sound ejecting hole from the central axis of the diaphragm is provided on the inner wall of the resonant chamber so as to surround the central axis of the diaphragm.
Abstract: An electroacoustic transducer has lead terminals formed of an alloy consisting of 32 to 55% by weight of Ni and a remainder essentially of Fe, and having a crystal grain size of 7.0 or greater. In an electroacoustic transducer, both coil terminals of the coil are connected to the associated lands of the lead terminals, and thermal conduction suppressing sections are provided at proximal end sides of lands of the lead terminals for suppressing thermal conduction.
Abstract: The auxiliary apparatus comprises a base plate having a plurality of wiring portions on one face, a plurality of probes, and assembling means for assembling the probes in parallel to each other into the base plate. The assembling means presses the probes by a needle pressing portion extending in the arranging direction of the probes, bringing at least a part of deformed portions of the probes into contact with the wiring portions of the base plate, and each probe is pressed at the tip end of its needle front portion continued to one end of the deformed portion against an electrode portion of a device under inspection. Thereby, the probe is sandwiched between the base plate and the needle pressing portion to be maintained in that state and, in addition, scrapes off a film such as an oxide film existing in the electrode portion by the tip end of the needle front portion.
Abstract: Computer apparatus 10 receives add-on electronic module 12 for installation into the computer apparatus. The add-on module has first end 12A and second end 12B with electrical contacts 12C therebetween for interfacing with the computer apparatus. Elongated electrical connector 14 mounted on the mother board, has first end 14A and second end 14B corresponding to the first end and second end of the add-on module. The electrical connector defines a module site within the computer apparatus for receiving the add-on module. The electrical connector has electrical contacts 14C between the ends thereof for electrically contacting corresponding electrical contacts 12C on the add-on module. First pivot base 16A secured to the mother board proximate the first end of the electrical connector defines first pivot axis 17A. Second pivot base 16B proximate the second end of the electrical connector defines second pivot axis 17B.
Abstract: A supervisory system in which a plurality of supervisory points (1) to (N) are monitored one after another by a monitor camera. The supervisory points are switched at random based on random numbers. A period of monitoring each supervisory point is set at random based on the random numbers. When random monitoring is carried out, it is controlled in order not to select the same supervisory point in succession.

Abstract: The present invention provides an electroacoustic transducer and a method of fabricating the same, employing a lead frame to integrally form a plurality of component parts, thus reducing the number of individual component parts, and improving assembly efficiency. The electroacoustic transducer comprises a base, a yoke fixed to the base, a core, a coil wound around the core, magnet surrounding the coil, a support ring surround the magnet, a vibrating plate supported on the support ring, lead terminals fixed to the base, and a case having a sound emitting cylinder and joined to the base so as to cover those components. A gap is formed between the core and the diaphragm. The diaphragm, the gap, the core, the yoke and the magnet form a closed magnetic path. The coil drives the diaphragm for vibration when energized. The yoke and the lead terminals are integrally formed of a common metal material such as the lead frame. The core may be integrally formed with the yoke of the lead frame.
