Abstract: Provided is a polythiol composition including a polythiol compound (A) and a compound represented by the following Formula (1), wherein, in high performance liquid chromatography measurement, a peak area of the compound represented by Formula (1) is 9.0 or less with respect to a total peak area 100 of all compounds contained in the polythiol composition. In Formula (1), X represents a carbon atom or a sulfur atom.
Abstract: Provided is a coating film having excellent durability and wear resistance, and utility as mold surface release coating. The coating film has excellent releasability (non-adhesiveness) over a long period of time. Further provided is a coating composition capable of forming such a coating film, the coating composition containing a fluoropolymer and an oil that is a liquid at 25° C., wherein the decomposition temperature of the oil is higher than the melting point of the fluoropolymer.

Abstract: There is provided a wiring substrate whose mechanical strength, water resistance, humidity resistance, and product yield can be improved. This wiring substrate includes a device region in which a main wiring pattern composed of a metal layer is embedded in an insulating layer; a peripheral region which surrounds a periphery of the device region and in which a dummy wiring pattern composed of a metal layer is embedded in an insulating layer; and an insulating boundary region interposed between the device region and the peripheral region, composed of an insulating layer. Abstract: An anisotropic conductive sheet according to the present invention comprises an insulating layer and a plurality of conductive layers. The insulating layer is elastic, and has a first surface that is positioned on one side in the thickness direction, a second surface that is positioned on the other side in the thickness direction, and a plurality of through holes that penetrate the layer from the first surface to the second surface. The conductive layers are respectively arranged on the inner wall surfaces of the plurality of through holes. The insulating layer comprises an elastic layer that is formed of a crosslinked product of an elastomer composition, and a heat-resistant resin layer that is formed of a heat-resistant resin composition that has a higher glass transition temperature than the crosslinked product of an elastomer composition.
