Abstract: Provided is a mold part which does not generate periodic irregularities (scale pattern) which appear in the direction orthogonal to the drawing direction (MD) of the mold part having a surface which slides parallel to a molded article when the molded article is removed from the mold after injection molding during injection molding of a thermoplastic resin (in particular, a thermoplastic fluoropolymer), an injection molding method using the same, and a molded article in which periodic irregularities (scale pattern) (which appear in the direction orthogonal to the drawing direction (MD) of the mold part) do not appear. The mold part is used for injection molding of a thermoplastic resin, and includes a surface which slides substantially parallel to a molded article when the molded article is removed from the mold after injection molding, wherein the average tilt angle in the sliding direction (MD) is 1.5° or higher.
Abstract: The present invention addressed the problem of providing a molded body which has a high performance of reducing energy caused by the application of a load, and which is obtained from a fiber-reinforced resin containing reinforcing fibers arranged while aligned in one direction. To solve the problem, the present invention relates to a molded body, including a reinforced layer formed by layering fiber-reinforced resin layers containing a plurality of reinforcing fibers arranged while aligned in one direction and a matrix resin impregnated with the reinforcing fibers. In the molded body, the reinforced layer has a plurality of alignment shifted layers, which are fiber-reinforced resin layers in which the shift angle, i.e., the angle formed by the reinforcing fibers with respect to the longitudinal direction of the reinforced layer, is 25° to 65° or ?65° to ?25°.
Abstract: A piezoelectric device includes a first piezoelectric sensor having a first inner conductor, a first piezoelectric body, and a first outer conductor, a second piezoelectric sensor having a second inner conductor, a second piezoelectric body, and a second outer conductor, and a differential signal forming unit having a pair of differential input terminals. When an external force acts on the first piezoelectric body, the first piezoelectric sensor generates a first voltage, and the second piezoelectric sensor generates a second voltage having a voltage different in polarity from the first voltage. The first inner conductor is electrically connected to one differential input terminal. The second inner conductor is electrically connected to the other differential input terminal. The differential signal forming unit forms a differential signal based on a first signal input to the one differential input terminal and a second signal input to the other differential input terminal.
Abstract: Disclosed are a thermally conductive composition that contains 10 to 50 parts by mass of a thermoplastic resin (A) and 50 to 90 parts by mass of a metal oxide (B) such as magnesium oxide (a total of the thermoplastic resin (A) and the metal oxide (B) being 100 parts by mass), and a thermally conductive composition that contains a thermoplastic resin (A) and a metal oxide (B) such as magnesium oxide, in which a modified polyolefin-based wax (C) is further contained in an amount of 0.1 to 20 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the thermoplastic resin (A), such thermally conductive compositions being useful for applications such as a container, a piece of tableware, a heat dissipating member, a water-circulating structure material, an electronic device casing, a timepiece exterior material, a tumbler, and a commodity for daily use.
Abstract: Provided is a plant disease control composition having a broad spectrum against various plant pathogens, and shows excellent controlling effects (synergistic controlling effects) which cannot be expected from a single component alone. Abstract: The present invention provides a resin composition including a 4-methyl-1-pentene copolymer (A) that satisfies particular requirements and a 4-methyl-1-pentene copolymer (B) that satisfies particular requirements. The resin composition of the present invention can provide a smooth film with a small surface roughness and can be suitably used for molded articles such as films for capacitors, while containing the 4-methyl-1-pentene copolymers and having properties such as heat resistance. A film for capacitors of the present invention has a small surface roughness and is smooth, which eliminates problems such as worsening of dielectric properties and shortening of service life.
