Abstract: There is provided a roughened copper foil which can significantly improve adhesion to an insulating resin and reliability (e.g., hygroscopic heat resistance). The roughened copper foil of the present invention has at least one roughened surface having fine irregularities composed of acicular crystals, wherein the entire surface of the acicular crystals is composed of a mixed phase of Cu metal and Cu2O.

Abstract: Provided are a pellicle film, a pellicle frame and a pellicle having a higher EUV transmittance. An exposure pattern plate capable of performing EUV lithography with the pellicle film, the pellicle frame or the pellicle, and a method for producing a semiconductor device, are provided. A pellicle film for exposure extendable over an opening of a support frame and having a thickness of 200 nm or less is provided. The film includes a carbon nanotube sheet. The carbon nanotube sheet includes bundles each including a plurality of carbon nanotubes, the bundles each have a diameter of 100 nm or shorter, and the bundles are aligned in a planar direction in the carbon nanotube sheet.

Abstract: Provided is a pellicle film, a pellicle frame and a pellicle for EUV decreased in the amount of dust or the like attached thereto, and a method for producing the same. Provided is a method for producing a pellicle including forming a pellicle film above a substrate; forming a metal mask on a surface of the substrate opposite to a surface having the pellicle film formed thereon; removing a part of the substrate from the side of the metal mask; and removing the metal mask. In an embodiment, the present invention provides a pellicle film, a pellicle frame and a pellicle for EUV decreased in the amount of dust or the like attached thereto, and a method for producing the same.
Abstract: A door latch actuator comprises a reversible motor, a rotating object, a drive portion and an actuating member. The drive portion comprises two locking/unlocking drive projections and stopping projections. The actuating member comprises a pair of driven portions. When the drive portion is rotated in one direction, one of the locking/unlocking drive projections comes in contact with one of the driven portions to move the actuating member to a lock position. When the actuating member is moved to the lock position, the locking/unlocking drive projection leaves a recess, and the stopping projection comes in contact with the actuating member to stop rotation of the drive portion. When the drive portion rotates in an opposite direction, the other locking/unlocking drive projection comes in contact with the other driven portion, so that the actuating member is moved toward an unlock position.
Abstract: A process for producing an episulfide compound for an optical material of the present invention includes a step of chlorinating glycerin to obtain dichloropropanol; a step of epoxidizing the dichloropropanol to obtain epichlorohydrin; a step of reacting the epichlorohydrin with a sulfating agent to obtain a bis(chlorohydrin) (di)sulfide compound thought a thiol compound; a step of epoxidizing the bis(chlorohydrin) (di)sulfide compound under basic conditions to obtain an epoxy compound; and a step of reacting the epoxy compound with a sulfating agent to obtain an episulfide compound represented by following General Formula (1): wherein, in the formula, n represents 0 or 1.
Abstract: Provided is a large-size injection molded article which is obtained by injection molding a composition containing a heat-meltable fluoropolymer. Specifically, provided is a large-size injection molded article, which can be molded at a lower injection pressure as compared with a conventional PFA and obtained by molding a composition superior in mold release characteristics from a metal mold. This large-size injection molded article is superior in, particularly, heat resistance and chemical resistance, as well as dimensional accuracy, for a substrate processing apparatus. Provided is an injection molded article, having a projection area in an injection direction of 1100 cm2 or more, obtained by injection molding a composition containing a heat-meltable fluoropolymer. It is a preferable aspect that the composition including a heat-meltable fluoropolymer is a composition containing a melt moldable tetrafluoroethylene/fluoroalkoxytrifluoroethylene copolymer having an MFR over 60 g/10 minutes.
Abstract: A method of manufacturing a laminated core includes supplying a stator material to a punching device and obtaining an electromagnetic steel plate corresponding to a rectangular processed body by punching the stator material. To obtain the electromagnetic steel plate ES, a slit is formed outside a processed body forming area in the stator material along a long side of the processed body forming area, and a center portion of the processed body forming area is punched out in a circular shape. Additionally, the processed body forming area is punched out after the slit is formed and the center portion is punched out. The laminated core is obtained by laminating and fastening a plurality of the electromagnetic steel plates.
Abstract: This invention relates to a liquid herbicidal composition comprising a non-aqueous solvent system, at least one sulfonylurea herbicide and at least one inorganic or C1-C12 organic lithium salt. The invention also relates to the use of an inorganic or C1-C12 organic lithium salt to improve chemical stabilisation of a sulfonylurea herbicide in a liquid composition comprising a non-aqueous solvent system.

Abstract: Relating to a 5 V-class spinel type lithium nickel manganese-containing composite oxide having an operating potential of 4.5 V or more with respect to a Li metal reference potential, the present invention proposes a composite oxide being capable of improving cycle properties while suppressing the amount of gas generation under high temperature environments and of increasing thermodynamical stability of a positive electrode in a fully charged state. Abstract: A pellicle is contaminated with dust or the like for various reasons during the production thereof. Especially, there is a problem that the risk that the dust or the like is attached is high during trimming or various other processes performed on a pellicle film. The present invention provides a method for producing a pellicle for EUV that decreases the attachment of dust or the like. A method for producing a pellicle includes forming a pellicle film on a substrate; trimming the substrate; and removing at least a part of the substrate after trimming the substrate. Before the part of the substrate is removed, at least particles attached to a surface of the pellicle film are removed.

Proposed is a lithium metal composite oxide having a layered structure, which is represented by general formula Li1+x(Mn?Co?Ni?)1?xO2 (0.00?X?0.07, 0.10???0.40, 0.10???0.40, and 0.30???0.75) and has a specific surface area of more than 2.0 m2/g but 5.0 m2/g or less and has an average particle size of the primary particles/crystallite size ratio of 5.7 to 18.5.
Abstract: A diffusing unit of an apparatus for manufacturing a non-woven fabric is provided with a diffusion space between a jet nozzle and a moving belt of a collecting unit, an opening of a sub nozzle is arranged side-by-side with an opening of the jet nozzle, and the sub nozzle jets air from the opening. The jet nozzle jets, toward the moving belt, plural filaments together with air. The air jetted from the jet nozzle forms a conveying flow that gradually spreads and flows in the diffusion space, and the plural filaments are diffused by this conveying flow and are sent toward the moving belt to be collected. The air jetted from the sub nozzle flows along the air flow around the conveying flow and suppresses air in the diffusion space from entering the conveying flow.
