Abstract: A body of laser direct structuring (LDS) encapsulating material encapsulates an integrated circuit device and an optical element mounted thereto. Laser activated trace regions and via openings at a first surface of the body are plated to form first conductive lines and first conductive vias. A first passivation layer covers the first conductive lines, the first surface of the body and a portion of the optical element. A second passivation layer covers a thinned backside of the body and integrated circuit device where distal ends of the first conductive vias are exposed. A redistribution layer (RDL) at the second passivation layer includes second conductive lines, pads, and second conductive vias which extend through the second passivation layer to electrically connect the second conductive lines to the distal ends of the first conductive vias. A solder mask layer on the second passivation layer includes openings at the pads of the RDL.

  • Publication number: 20240289359
Abstract: Systems and methods for providing an artificial intelligence-based solution in a dynamic environment that requires models with varying degrees of nuance and specialization. One such dynamic environment relates to generating dynamic human-like conversational responses based on complex data. In particular, systems and methods recite generating dynamic human-like conversational responses using a modular architecture featuring layered data models with gated neural networks. The modular architecture compartmentalizes the various components and functions of an application. That is, the architecture may support multiple layers, each featuring models performing specific functions and/or having been trained on using specific data and/or algorithms.

Abstract: A method and a system for counteracting model drift in a Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) model by maintaining freshness and accuracy in the LDA model by leveraging LDA classification and vector algebra to detect potential degradations are provided. The method includes: receiving a first corpus that includes a first set of textual data; generating a first set of topics by applying a first LDA model to the first corpus; generating, for each topic, a corresponding vector of words with associated weights; measuring a cosine similarity of each topic with respect to a second set of topics that is associated with a second LDA model; using the measured cosine similarities to determine a topic match entropy between the first LDA model and the second LDA model; and when the topic match entropy exceeds a predetermined threshold, determining that the first LDA model has drifted and requires retraining.

  • Publication number: 20240291772
Abstract: A computer-readable medium storing instructions for a universal API (Application Programming Interface) for multiple network resources. The instructions cause a processor to perform receiving, from a user interface, a request associated with a set of different network resources. The request includes one or more operations for the different network resources. The instructions may cause parsing the request to identify each of the operations, and performing the operations on the network resources. The instructions may also cause collecting, from the network resources, responses to the operations that were performed; and generating a consolidated response that includes the responses. The consolidated response may be generated according to a schema defining valid syntax for communications.

Abstract: A device includes memory cells wherein each memory cell has a control input that receives a pulse-width modulated control voltage and an output that delivers a current depending on the control voltage and on a weight programmed in the memory cell. A node receives, during a first time period, the currents of the memory cells. A first circuit delivers an output determined by a total quantity of current received by the node during the first time period. For each memory cell, a second circuit receives a digital word and delivers, during the first time period, the pulse-width modulated control voltage at a first level only during a second time period determined by the digital word.

Abstract: A notification procedure is executed between an integrated circuit card operating in a communication device and a remote provisioning system. When the notification procedure is interrupted, the integrated circuit card is reset and a reset variable or flag is set. Notification information including a notification message, notification sequence number and a number of said one or more attempts left to perform for the notification procedure is stored in memory. After reset, the notification information is retrieved. If the reset variable or flag is set, the notification sequence number is maintained and a next attempt of the notification procedure is performed. If the reset variable or flag is not set, the notification sequence number is incremented. The reset variable or flag is reset when the notification procedure is completed.

  • Publication number: 20240289849
Abstract: A pervasive advisor for major purchases and other expenditures may detect that a customer is contemplating a major purchase (e.g., through active listening). The advisor may assist the customer with the timing and manner of making the purchase in a way that is financially sensible in view of the customer's financial situation. A customer may be provided with dynamically-updated information in response to recent actions that may affect an approved loan amount and/or interest rate. Underwriting of a loan may be triggered based on the geo-location of the user. Financial advice may be provided to customers to help them meet their goals using information obtained from third party sources, such as purchase options based on particular goals. The pervasive advisor may thus intervene to assist with budgeting, financing, and timing of major expenditures based on the customer's location and on the customer's unique and changing circumstances.

Abstract: Methods and systems herein identify and redact personally identifiable information. A PII sensitivity detection framework includes multiple layers where each layer corresponds to a computer model. The framework analyzes data stored within different data tables and predicts whether a data column includes PII. The first layer corresponds to an artificial intelligence model that analyzes each column metadata and predicts a first score indicative of a likelihood of PII. The second layer corresponds to a rule-based computer model that uses various rules to determine a second score indicative of a likelihood of PII for each column. The third layer corresponds to a column content model that analyzes content of each column using various natural language processing techniques to generate a third score indicative of a likelihood of PII. The framework masks data being presented to a user based on the scores generated via execution of one or more of the layers.

  • Patent number: 12073443
Abstract: A pervasive user experience capable of integrating robo-advising with human advising is discussed. Conversations and other inputs may be actively captured to identify issues with which the system may be able to assist. Inputs from multiple conversations separated in time may be correlated to identify relevant needs and goals. Recommendations and strategies may be developed and presented to the customer. When it is determined that human advising is appropriate for one or more issues, the customer may be connected to an advisor for assistance with particular issues. Transitions may be facilitated to allow customers to more efficiently return to robo-advising until human advising is again deemed appropriate.
