Abstract: A method for the manufacture of a wavelength converted light emitting device is provided. A light curable coating material is arranged on the outer surface of a wavelength converted light emitting diode. The light curable coating material is cured, in positions where a high intensity of unconverted LED-light encounters the curable coating material. The method can be used to selectively stop unconverted light from exiting the device, leading to a wavelength converted LED essentially only emitting converted light.

Abstract: An image processing unit comprises a first processing unit (101) which generates a depth indication map for an image. The depth indication map may be, for example, an image object separation mask or a predetermined depth profile or background depth map. A second processing unit (103) generates a modified depth indication map by filtering the depth indication map in response to image characteristics of the image. The image adaptive filtering may, for example, provide a more accurate separation mask and/or may modify the predetermined depth profile to reflect the specific image. A third processing unit (105) generates an image depth map for the image in response to the modified depth indication map. The image depth map comprises data representing a depth of at least one image region of the image. The invention leads to the generation of an improved depth map for an image.

Abstract: A system, apparatus and method are provided for measuring and removing the influence of pulsatility on contrast agent flow in a region of interest of a vascular system of a patient. Once the change of blood speed over the cardiac cycle is known (pulsatility), this influence is removed from acquired image sequence for outcome control such that “quasi-stationary”, regular flow acquisition is passed on to subsequent visualization and analysis processes. A contrast agent injector is also provided that simultaneously measures and uses ECG to inject a known contrast agent at a fixed point over the cardiac cycle or such that a known amount of contrast agent will arrive at a known time at a region of interest in the vasculature of a patient, thus controlling one of the main unwanted variables in an acquisition of blood flow sequences.

Abstract: Method and apparatus for injection co-molding and assembling of articles made of plastic material, the articles having a first part provided with a hinge pin, and a second part provided with an annular element designed to be connected to each other by hinging. The apparatus includes a mold having separate mold cavities for two parts of the article to be produced; a first molding member, defining the mold cavity of the pin, and a second molding member, defining the mold cavity of the annular element, are axially movable and operatively connected to cam control elements forming part of the same injection mold. The cam control elements are shaped and arranged to cause, after the opening of the mold, the automatic assembling of the plastic article, via a selective sequence of axial movements of the two molding members, during the demolding step of the molded article.

Abstract: Window based matching is used for determining a depth map from images obtained from different orientations. A set of fixed matching windows is used for points of the image for which the depth is to be determined. The set of matching windows covers a footprint of pixels around the point of the image, and the average number (O) of matching windows that a pixel of the footprint (FP) belongs to is less than one plus the number of pixels in the footprint divided by 15 (O<FP/15+1), preferably less than one plus the number of pixels in the footprint divided by 25 (O<FP/25+1).

Abstract: VLAN numbering in access networks which bi-directionally connect subscribers and service providers. For an outgoing packet flowing in a direction from a network side to a subscriber side through a network terminator (NT), a port number appearing in a packet header on the network side is not copied by the NT into a header of a corresponding packet applied to the subscriber side, but the NT copies VLAN numbers for the services from the former to the latter packet headers. All services from one specific service provider are delivered to the subscriber through one specific physical port on the subscriber side which corresponds to the port number.
