The system includes an illumination system, an optical system, a first optical device, a second optical device, a detector, and a processor. The optical system is configured to split an illumination beam into a first sub-beam and a second sub-beam. The first optical device is configured to receive the first sub beam and direct the first sub-beam towards a first spot on a substrate. The substrate includes one or more target structures. The second optical device is configured to receive the second sub-beam and direct the second sub-beam towards a second spot on the substrate. The first spot is a different location than the second spot. The detector is configured to receive diffracted beams and to generate a detection signal. The processor is configured to determine a property of the one or more target structures.

Abstract: The present disclosure describes devices and methods of providing a technology environment for analyzing programs or initiatives of an enterprise. In particular, a computing device including a processor with computer readable instructions to access client resolution data that includes information regarding one or more resolutions. A resolution may be associated with a claim made by a client, and include multiple variables including correspondences between the client and the enterprise, an actual value corresponding to the claim, and an expected value corresponding to the claim. The computing system may generate a dataset of all of the resolutions, apply an outlier detection model, and provide an interactive summary of one or more outlier analysis tests via a graphical user interface.

A method includes, responsive to verification of an identity of an adult associated with the minor, receiving, by a provider institution computing system of a provider institution, information relating to the minor from a minor computing device associated with the minor, and scraping, by the provider institution computing system, data from one or more social media profiles associated with the adult. The method includes comparing, by the provider institution computing system, the scraped data to information from the adult regarding the minor, and in response to a match, remotely verifying, by the provider institution computing system, the identity of the minor based on the information relating to the minor, such that the account for the minor is authorized to be opened at the provider institution.

Abstract: A method performs location-based multi-factor authentication. The method includes a mobile device that receives a first set of authentication credentials provided by a user, and transmits the first set of authentication credentials to an authentication server, which verifies the first set of authentication credentials. The authentication server transmits verified first factor authentication to the mobile device that sends a request for second factor authentication to an authentication system, which causes the mobile device to scan identifier information associated with a secure device, the secure device then sending a second set of authentication credentials to the authentication system. The authentication system verifies the second set of credentials system and transmits verified second factor authentication to the authentication server, which subsequently grants final authentication based on the verified first factor authentication and the verified second factor authentication.

The controller also monitors an occurrence of an indoor-unit request from any one of the indoor units and resumes the cooling operation where the request is an increase request for an increase of load of the cooling operation.

A data processing system of the imaging system generates an output image, based on each of the images. In the output image, artefacts generated by the anti-scatter arrangement, are reduced, suppressed or eliminated compared to the first and the second image.
