    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an adaptive modulation method for a naive Bayes classifier-based energy harvesting relay system. First, a sending end determines its modulation mode based on a status of a data buffer of a relay, so that sent data does not exceed a storage capability of the relay. Then, based on data sent by the sending end, and channel status information and energy harvesting status information within a period of time, the relay determines an optimal modulation mode used by the relay within the period of time. After that, the modulation mode, the channel status information, and the energy harvesting status information are used as training data to obtain a classification model based on a naive Bayes classifier algorithm. In this way, the relay can adaptively select a modulation mode when only knowing of channel information and energy information in a current timeslot.

    Abstract: A narrow pulse generation circuit used in a sequential equivalent sampling system. The circuit comprises a crystal oscillator, an edge sharpening circuit, an avalanche transistor single-tube amplifying circuit and a shaping network connected in sequence, wherein the edge sharpening circuit is used for carrying out edge sharpening on a square wave signal generated by the crystal oscillator; the avalanche transistor single-tube amplifying circuit is used for carrying out avalanche amplification on the sharpened square wave signal to generate a Gaussian pulse signal to adjust the amplitude of a pulse; and the RC shaping network is used for shaping the Gaussian pulse signal to adjust the pulse width at the bottom of the pulse to form a narrow pulse signal. The narrow pulse circuit has a simple structure and narrow pulse width at the bottom and facilitates increasing a signal-to-noise ratio of a whole sequential sampling system.

    Abstract: A narrow pulse generation circuit used in a sequential equivalent sampling system. The system is a three-layer structure formed by a physical layer, a key layer, and an application layer. Firstly, priority indexes are established for a set of vehicles within a safety range of a certain vehicle, and D2D connection pairs are established in ascending order of the priority indexes to transmit messages; and then, distance prediction is performed on the set of vehicles outside the safety range, priority indexes are established according to predicted distances, and D2D connection pairs are established in ascending order of the priority indexes to transmit messages. If same priority indexes appear, vehicles on the same lane are selected first. The invention implements timely transmission of safety warning information on basis of D2D communication, and performs safety warning, thereby solving the technical problem of inability to transmit safety information in time, and improving transmission performance of traffic messages. Therefore, the invention has high reliability and real-time properties.

    Abstract: The invention relates to an organic polyspiralgrid nanopolymer material and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the field of nanotechnology and organic electronics. The structure of the organic polyspiralgrid nanopolymer material is composed of grids containing a spiro ring that serves as a repeat unit to form a special nano polymer, and the structure shares the spiro ring structure. A synthetic method thereof relates to a synthon containing the spiro ring, and by means of a Friedel-Crafts reaction, an organic spirogrid and a nano polymer thereof are built. By means of reasonable molecular design and the Friedel-Crafts reaction with the advantages of being mild in reaction condition, high in yield, high in selectivity, simple in posttreatment, green, free of toxicity and the like, the problems that a traditional polymer molecule is complex in synthesis step, toxic in posttreatment, large in pollution and the like are solved.

    Abstract: An integrated device and a fabrication method thereof are provided. In the device, by using various anisotropic silicon etching techniques, the silicon substrate layer and the expitaxial buffer layer under the device structure are removed, an ultra-thin device monolithically integrated with a suspended LED, an optical waveguide and a photodetector is obtained by further using the nitride back thinning etching technique. In the device, the light source, the optical waveguide and the photodetector are integrated on the same chip. The light emitted by the LED is laterally coupled to the optical waveguide, transmitted over the optical waveguide, and detected by the photodetector at the other end of the optical waveguide, thereby achieving a planar photon monolithically integrated device which is applied in the fields of optical transmission and optical sensing.
