In the method, source of the organic semiconductor material to grow (C8-BTBT or PTCDA) and a support are spaced from each other in a vacuum chamber with a temperature gradient, and ultrathin organic semiconductor crystal can be deposited on the support in crystalline form and with precisely controlled molecular layers. The as-deposited C8-BTBT or PTCDA crystals can be one-molecular-layer or two-molecular-layer in thickness and has full coverage on the support without any additional layers or voids. Ultrathin heterojunctions of these two-dimensional organic semiconductors can also be achieved.

    Abstract: Implementations herein relate to a method for extraction of phthalates using hydrophilic magnetic resins with high specific surface areas. The implementations relate to a technical field of preparation of resins for fast enrichment and separation of trace organics in water. By adding magnetic particles, precursor resins may be prepared using divinylbenzene, vinyl benzoate and glycidyl methacrylate copolymerization ester. After the cross-linking reaction, surface areas of the resins are increased and hydrolysis of the ester group in alkaline solution may be implemented to obtain high specific surface magnetic resins rich in hydroxyl groups. The resins have higher adsorptive capacity and selectivity to adsorb phthalates in water samples. Rapid extraction may be implemented using magnetic solid phase extraction rod to achieve enrichment and separation of phthalates in a large amount of water samples.

    Abstract: The present invention provides an auxiliary berthing method and system for a vessel. Position information of a vessel relative to a berth is determined by a solar blind ultraviolet imaging method; meanwhile, by a GPS method, an attitude angle of the vessel relative to the berth is determined by at least two GPS receivers. Thus, the vessel can be berthed safely when getting close to the shore at low visibility. Further, in the method and device of the present invention, it can be preferable to integrate coordinate data and angle data received by a solar blind ultraviolet imaging module and GPS signal receiving modules by a normalized correlation algorithm and a data fusion algorithm, so as to improve the positioning accuracy.

The method is performed in nearly neutral conditions, greatly reducing the generation of impurities and greatly obtaining phosphonic salt with an increased E content. The yield of lycopene obtained by using the phosphonic salt as a raw material is high.

The chamber may also include one or more receptacles to receive the particulates. The methods may include introducing the particulate-containing gas and the water vapor into the chamber. A gas may be introduced into the chamber at supersonic speeds thereby cooling the water vapor to form nucleating ice crystals. The ultrasonic transducers may then introduce ultrasonic power into the chamber thereby causing the particulates to contact the ice crystals. The nucleating crystals, with their attached particulates, may then fall under gravity to be captured in the receptacles.
