A method for producing the high entropy composite oxide, and anode materials including the same are further provided. With the entropy stabilization effect and plenty of oxygen vacancies, the anode materials including the high entropy composite oxide show the advantage of high Li+ transport rate, high electric capacity, redox durability, and good cycling stability, thereby having a bright prospect for application.

    Abstract: An additive manufacturing (AM) method is provided. The method includes performing a laser powder bed fusion (L-PBF) process on the powder layer. Then, a first surface roughness value of the powder layer after the L-PBF process is obtained to generate a first surface profile. An absorptivity and a set of re-melting process parameters data are used to perform a heat transfer simulation. A second surface profile of the powder layer after laser re-melting is obtained by using the first surface profile and a low-pass filter. Then, the set of re-melting process parameters data is adjusted iteratively to perform the heat transfer simulation until a second surface roughness value predicted from the second surface profile is smaller than or equal to a surface roughness threshold, thereby obtaining optimal values of re-melting process parameters for performing a re-melting process to reduce a surface roughness of a powder layer after the L-PBF process.

    Abstract: A 3-axis parallel linear robot has three drivers disposed around a central axis and a movement mechanism. The movement mechanism has three linkage assemblies connected to an end effector in parallel. The three assemblies are respectively driven by the three drivers in a linear or rotary manner for enabling the end effector to linearly move in a three-dimensional space. Each linkage assembly has three linkage rods and three rotating joints. An inner angle defined between each rotating joint and an imaginary plane being perpendicular to the central axis is an acute angle. A first center distance between the first rotating joint and the second rotating joint is equal to a second center distance between the second rotating joint and the third rotating joint. The overall height of the movement mechanism is reduced for increasing the working stroke and for improving the movement stability of the 3-axis parallel linear robot.

    Abstract: A protein microarray, a use thereof, and a detection method thereof are provided. The protein microarray includes a carrier with a protein array block on a surface thereof and at least two kinds of proteins immobilized on the protein array block. The at least two kinds of proteins include an extracellular region or a receptor binding region of the spike protein of a virus or a variant thereof. The protein microarray can detect the protective efficacy of vaccines, antibody drugs, or small molecule drugs against viral infection, or detect the immune response of an individual after vaccination or infection with a variant strain of the virus. The detection method of protein microarray includes the steps of adding the serum, a first fluorescent labeled human angiotensin converting enzyme 2, and a second fluorescent labeled anti-human immunoglobulin antibody to the protein microarray array and detecting optical signals.

    Abstract: Provided is a high-entropy composite glycerate represented by NiCrFeCoMn(C3H5O4)n and an electrocatalyst thereof, wherein n is a positive integer from 1 to 3, and wherein each of the Ni, Cr, Fe, Co and Mn includes an atom percent of 5 to 35 based on the total amount of the Ni, Cr, Fe, Co and Mn. Each of the metals is homogenously distributed within the high-entropy composite glycerate, and the high-entropy composite glycerate can reduce an overpotential for oxygen evolution reaction by the synergistic effect resulting from the structure formed by the quinary-metal glycerate. The high-entropy composite glycerate is suitable for catalyzing oxygen evolution reaction, and therefore has a prospect for application. Methods for preparing the high-entropy composite glycerate are also provided.

The manufacturing method of the microrobot includes the steps of providing a first acrylic mold with an accommodating space and a second acrylic mold with a U-shaped groove; injecting polydimethylsiloxane into the accommodating space; placing the second acrylic mold in the accommodating space; taking out the second acrylic mold and injecting the mixture into the accommodating space to obtain a microrobot. Placing the microrobot on an electromagnet platform can achieve an object of mixing and dissolving an embolism in a flow channel.

The power unit includes a cylinder and a piston. The pipeline is connected to the cylinder. The Stirling cooling modules each include a pipe and a passive displacer. The passive displacer is reciprocally, movably disposed in the pipe to partition the pipe into a cold end and a hot end. The hot end is connected to the pipeline. The piston is driven by an electric motor for a compressed air to flow through the pipeline to the hot end and then flow to the cold end through the passive displacer, such that the cold end absorbs ambient heat. The piezoresistive unit is selectively disposed between the Stirling cooling modules and the cylinder.

The spiral duct has a second spiral form extending along the spiral duct. A twisted spiral cooling channel is formed along the spiral pathway. A cooling fluid flowing through the twisted spiral cooling channel is subjected to the continuously changing cross-section of the twisted spiral cooling channel to enhance the swirl intensity, thereby improving the convection heat transfer effectiveness.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein are electrospun fibrous matrix and its production method. The method mainly includes the steps of, mixing a first polymer and a drug to form a first mixture, and sonicating the first mixture until a plurality of microparticles are formed with the drug encapsulated therein; and mixing the plurality of microparticles with a second polymer to form a second mixture, subjecting the second mixture to a wet electrospinning process to form the electrospun fibrous matrix. The thus-produced electrospun fibrous matrix is characterized by having a plurality of first and second fibrils woven together, in which each second fibril has a plurality of drug-encapsulated microparticles independently integrated and disposed along the longitudinal direction of the second fibril. Also encompassed in the present disclosure is a method for treating a wound of a subject. The method includes applying the present electrospun fibrous matrix to the wound of the subject to accelerate wound healing.

    Abstract: A method of manufacturing inorganic binder by reduction furnace slag includes a raw material preparation step, a stirring step, a maintaining step and a drying step. The raw material preparation step is to provide a powder mixture containing 30 wt % to 55 wt % of reduction furnace slag, and 45 wt % to 70 wt % of glass powder. The stirring step is to place the powder mixture in a mixing tank, and add an alkali activator to the mixing tank to stir and react to form mixed slurry. The alkali equivalent (AE) of the mixed slurry is 2% to 7%, and the water-binder ratio is 0.25 to 0.4. The maintaining step is to place the mixed slurry in a high-temperature and high pressure maintaining environment for a maintaining time to get a binder. The drying step is to dry the binder.

    Abstract: An autofocus system includes a focus light source, an objective lens, a defocus lens, a first image sensor, and a controller. The defocus lens is disposed on the transmission path of the focus light beam, so that a minimum light point of the focus light beam passing through the objective lens deviates from a focus of the objective lens. The first image sensor is configured to receive a focus reflected light beam generated after the focus light beam is reflected by the sample. The controller is electrically connected to the first image sensor.
