    Abstract: The invention discloses a primer set for identification of meat species. The primer set comprises a pair of outer primers used to amplify a sense strand of DNA fragment of mitochondrial cytochrome b between positions 51 and 507. The pair of outer primers comprises a forward outer primer and a backward outer primer. The primer set further comprises a pair of inner primers comprising a forward inner primer and a backward inner primer. The forward inner primer comprises a first annealing portion and a first warped portion. The backward inner primer comprises a second annealing portion and a second warped portion. Accordingly, the primer set is used to identify species of meat especially with DNA fragmentation due to processing processes of processed food.

    Abstract: A supercapattery includes at least one tank filled with a conductive material. The conductive material has an arrangement-variable crystal lattice. The conductive material is graphite, grapheme, graphene oxide, a composite of graphite, metal, and a polymer, or a composite of graphene, metal, and a polymer. A magnetic member is mounted outside of the at least one tank. The magnetic member can be supplied with electricity to create a magnetic field. A method for controlling charge/discharge of a supercapattery includes supplying electricity to a supercapattery filled with a conductive material having an arrangement-variable crystal lattice. The crystal lattice of the conductive material supplied with electricity is transformed from an isotropic phase into an electro-nematic phase and absorbs electrons. An external magnetic field is created to return the crystal lattice of the conductive material from the electro-nematic phase to the isotropic phase, releasing the electrons.

A fluid conveying member is in communication with one of the first and second fluid ports.

    Abstract: A resistance spot welding method for a lap joint multi-metal sheets which may improve the welding efficiency and nugget quality comprises: coating a joining zone of one of two mutually facing surfaces of two adjacent metal sheets with an active agent with high resistivity to form a welding region, and clamping the welding region with an upper welding electrode and a lower welding electrode and providing an electric current into the welding region. The active agent with high resistivity generates high heat energy to melt the joining zone and join the two adjacent metal sheets. The active agent with high resistivity has a resistivity much greater than a resistivity of each of the two metal sheets, and the active agent with high resistivity consists of multi-component powders and an organic solvent.

A diving step divides a space having a plurality of data points according to the grid parameter. A categorizing step determines whether a number of the data points contained in each grid is larger than or equal to a value of the threshold parameter. The grid is categorized as a valid grid if the number of the data points contained therein is larger than or equal to the value of the threshold parameter, and the grid is categorized as an invalid grid if the number of the data points contained therein is smaller than the value of the threshold parameter. The clustering step retrieves one of the valid grids. If the retrieved valid grid is not yet clustered, the clustering step performs horizontal and vertical searching/merging operations on the valid grid.

The indices ā€œiā€ and ā€œjā€ of each grid G(i,j) represents the coordinate thereof. The categorizing step determines whether each of the grids is valid based on the threshold value. The expanding/clustering step respectively retrieves each of the grids of the target sequences, performs an expansion operation on each of the grids retrieved and clusters the plurality grids G(i,j).

A transformed cell and a carrier carrying the gene are introduced. The gene is transferred to E. coli by transformation, such that E. coli can acquire activity of decomposing CMC, beta-glucan, and xylan. The cellulose hydrolase is multifunctional and is capable of decomposing cellubiose and directly decomposing fiber into glucose.
