    Abstract: A cellulose hydrolase and a gene thereof are obtained by screening a cDNA genomic library constructed with Orpinomyces sp. Y102. The gene is 1071 base pairs long and comprises an open reading frame (ORF) for producing the cellulose hydrolase comprising 357 amino acids by translation. A transformed cell and a carrier carrying the gene are introduced. The gene is transferred to E. coli by transformation, such that E. coli can acquire activity of decomposing CMC, beta-glucan, and xylan. The cellulose hydrolase is multifunctional and is capable of decomposing cellubiose and directly decomposing fiber into glucose.

The expansion step expands the cluster from each seed of the seed list, and provides and adds at least one second boundary mark to the seed list as seeds. The termination step determines whether each of the data points is clustered, wherein the clustering step is re-performed if the determination is negative.

The critical water is electrolyzed to obtain super critical state hydrogen and super critical state oxygen. The critical state nitrogen reacts with the super critical state hydrogen to produce ammonia. A device for producing ammonia includes a pressurizing member and a heating member mounted between a conversion unit and a mixing unit. The conversion unit outputs a critical state gas. A synthesis unit is connected to the conversion unit by a pipe allowing the critical state gas to flow into the synthesis unit. A gas outlet pipe is connected to the synthesis unit and outputs a synthesis gas from the synthetic unit.
