Abstract: In response to receiving from a source RAN node (2), on a direct interface (101), a message requesting a handover of a radio terminal (1) from a first network to a second network, a target RAN node (3) receives at least one of slice information and flow information from a core network (5), and controls communication of the radio terminal (1) based on at least one of the slice information and the flow information. The slice information relates to a network slice in the second network. The flow information relates to at least one session to be established in the second network, serving as a bearer-less network, in order to transfer at least one packet flow of the radio terminal (1). It is thus possible, for example, to provide an Inter-RAT handover procedure involving transfer of handover signaling messages on a direct inter-base-station interface.
Abstract: According to an example embodiment, a management server includes a monitoring means for monitoring whether a file has been saved in a storage area managed by a file server, a determination means for determining, when the monitoring means detects that a file has been saved in the storage area, whether identification information on a user who has saved the file matches identification information on a specific user, and a privilege change means for changing, when the determination means determines that the identification information on the user who has saved the file matches the identification information on the specific user, an access privilege of the file.

Abstract: A deterioration diagnosis device according to an example aspect of the present invention includes: a memory; and at least one processor coupled to the memory. The processor performs operations. The operations include: acquiring an image including a portion to be diagnosed in a structure; calculating, by using the image, deterioration degree that is a degree of deterioration of the portion; calculating reliability for the deterioration degree based on imaging information that is information related to capturing of the image; and outputting the deterioration degree and the reliability in association with each other.

Abstract: An image analysis system and an image analysis method are provided that can rapidly extract a cluster of pixels having variations according to the same probability distribution. The image analysis system 10 includes a similarity calculation unit 11 which calculates similarity between a representative distribution representing a cluster and a distribution of pixel values in the cluster, a representative calculation unit 12 which calculates a distribution for a plurality of pixels in each cluster as the representative distribution, and a dividing unit 13 which assigns pixels in an input image to one of a plurality of the clusters with reference to the similarity.
Abstract: An object is to provide an apparatus, a method, and a program that can appropriately handle a collision between a UUAA procedure and other mobility or session management procedures. An Access and Mobility Management Function (AMF) node initiates a UAV Authentication and Authorization (UUAA-MM) procedure, receive a DEREGISTRATION REQUEST message in a UE-initiated de-registration procedure from an Uncrewed Aerial Vehicle (UAV), abort the UUAA-MM procedure in response to the receipt of the DEREGISTRATION REQUEST message, and proceed with the UE-initiated de-registration procedure when the AMF node receives the DEREGISTRATION REQUEST message. This allows the AMF to appropriately handle a collision between, for example, the UUAA procedure and other mobility management procedures.

Abstract: The object detection means, when given a frame, derives a bounding box of a detection target object from within the frame based on a learning model that includes multiple layers, and defines output data of one layer in the learning model or the frame itself as a feature value of the frame. The feature value acquisition means acquires a feature value of the bounding box of an attribute identification target object from the feature value of the frame. Abstract: The present disclosure relates to user equipment, access network node, and a method performed by them. A method performed by a user equipment (UE) for communicating via a non-terrestrial network is disclosed. The method comprises receive configuration information identifying preconfigured uplink resources for use by the UE in a Radio Resource Control (RRC) idle state; verify whether or not the configuration information is still valid; and determine whether to transmit data using the preconfigured uplink resources in accordance with the verifying.
Abstract: The learning unit, when obtaining parameters of second-order cross terms of feature values and a constant term in a predetermined prediction model, performs first learning to obtain the constant term and latent vectors based on training data and to obtain the parameters by obtaining inner product of the latent vectors. The feature value selection unit, when the number of the feature values in a subset of the feature values is denoted as L and the number of the subsets is denoted as m, performs first feature value selection to create m subsets of the feature values including L feature values by optimizing objective function including the parameters and to select a predetermined number of feature values. The learning unit obtains the constant term and the parameters by performing second learning similar to the first learning using the feature values included in each subset.

Abstract: A support apparatus capable of efficiently checking whether or not a patient problem is appropriately set is provided. A support apparatus includes a prediction unit, a calculation unit, and an output unit. The prediction unit predicts a patient problem to be dealt with in order to achieve a target of the patient. The calculation unit calculates a matching level between a predicted patient problem and an actual patient problem, the predicted patient problem being a predicted problem of the patient, and the actual patient problem being a problem of the patient that has been actually dealt with for the patient. The output unit performs control so that an alert is output when the calculated matching level is lower than a predetermined first threshold.
