    Abstract: A circuit for hydrostatically operable devices, especially hydraulic dredges, with at least two working circuits each of which comprises a plurality of hydraulic cylinders and/or hydraulic motors as well as a hydraulic pump while, depending on the requirement, the delivery of the pertaining hydraulic pump is conveyed to each hydraulic cylinder or hydraulic motor and while by means of a plurality of tie lines the deliveries of the remaining hydraulic pumps are selectively conveyed to one of two or more selected hydraulic cylinders or hydraulic motors. The deliveries of the hydraulic pumps flow to the tank after having passed through the control valves associated with the hydraulic cylinders and controlling each of the hydraulic pumps.

    Abstract: Articulation of an excavator shovel at a pivot point arranged at the free end of the stick. A cap is mounted on the free end of the stick, the cap facing the rear wall of the shovel. The surface of the cap defines a radius with a center point at the pivot point of the shovel. A scraper plate with a width corresponding to the width of the stick on the rear wall of the shovel facing the stick is arranged parallel to the upper edge of the bearing bracket and cooperates with the cap so that only a clearance which assures free passage is present between the cap and the scraper plate. The imaginary extension of the scraper plate intersects the radius of the cap at a point located on the upper flange of the stick.

    Abstract: A crane comprising a ground jib, a sliding jib telescopically engaged with the ground jib and movable in a telescoping direction, and a head jib pivotally mounted to the sliding jib. A catch hook is pivotally mounted to the head jib on a pivot axis which extends in the telescoping direction of the sliding jib and a catch member is connected to the ground jib in a position to engage with the catch hook when the sliding jib is protracted into the ground jib and when the head jib is pivoted toward the ground jib. The catch member extends in the telescoping direction so that the catch hook is disengaged from the catch member when the sliding jib is extended with respect to the ground jib. A method is also disclosed for stowing the head jib of the crane.

Those inclined surfaces of the wedges which inclined surfaces face toward each other cooperate with insert pieces, the insert pieces being fastened on the thrust ring and being provided with counterwedge surfaces. The inclined surfaces of the wedges and the counterwedge surfaces are arranged on the outer periphery of the shell of the rotary drum successively flip symmetrically.

    Abstract: An electronically controlled pipe fracture safety device for operating devices which are fed by a hydraulic pump and which are actuated by a control slide value by means of hydraulic cylinders. Control lines branch off from lines which lead from the hydraulic pump via a control slide valve to the hydraulic cylinders, the control lines feeding the hydraulic medium to a differential flow monitor, on the piston of which a permanent magnet is fastened. The latter, by means of a reed contact as a result of a pressure difference existing between the control lines, which pressure difference is brought about by damage or fracture of a line, produces a signal in the NOR gate, the latter forming the input of a scoring logic. This signal retransmits a self-holding signal to NAND-gates which form a flip-flop. The self-holding signal causes deenergization of a relay and consequently an interruption of the current flow to the control slide valve and brings about the locking position of the latter.

The drivers are supported on a track via a roller secured at a pivot point on the driver such that during the transportation operation the driver projects through a slot in the pallet car and engages in back of a catch which is secured at the bottom of the baggage conveyor car. Shortly before reaching the horizontal part of the transportation system the driver disengages from the catch of the baggage conveyor car.

    Abstract: A rapid-change device for attachments on earth moving machines for connection between a lift chassis, which is hydraulically actuated from the carrier vehicle, and an attachment implement, for instance a loading shovel, by means of holding claws and locking latches. The stay arms are provided with holding claws having semicircular recesses which are adapted to receive holding bolts of the loading shovel. The center points of the semicircular recesses of the holding claws and the pivot points of the locking latches are coordinated with respect to each other such that the line of action of the reaction forces which are introduced by the loading shovel extends through the pivot points for the locking latches and through the center points of the recesses or above the center points of the recesses.
