Abstract: An electric vehicle fastening and charging combined system for a charging and storage station, such as those used for bicycle or scooter sharing programs, where a multi-purpose cable extends between the charging and storage station and the electric vehicle, and serves to fasten the electric vehicle to the charging and storage station to prevent removal or theft of the electric vehicle, and to conduct electricity to charge the electric vehicle, and wherein the fastening and/or detaching of the cable is controlled by a wireless signal.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a stake support bracket coupled to walls of a cargo bed of a vehicle such as a pick-up-bed truck for providing support to a stake of a standard size or a non-standard size. The stake support bracket includes a first panel, a second panel transverse to the first panel, and a third panel transverse to the second panel. The third panel includes a stake support opening. The stake support bracket further includes a first extension transverse to the third panel and extending away from the first panel and a second extension transverse to the first panel and extending away from the third panel. The stake support bracket provides support to the bottom and the sides of the stake and reduces probabilities of wobbling or pivoting of the stakes.

Abstract: Scaling an ordered event stream (OES) based on an information-unit (IU) metric is disclosed. The IU metric can correspond to an amount of computing resources that can be consumed to access information embodied in event data of an event of the OES. In this regard, the amount of computing resources to access the data of the stream event itself can be distinct from an amount of computing resources employed to access information embodied in the data. As such, where an external application, e.g., a reader, a writer, etc., can connect to an OES data storage system, enabling the OES to be scaled in response to burdening of computing resources accessing event information, rather than merely event data, can aid in preservation of an ordering of events accessed from the OES.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems, methods, and computer readable media for identifying and responding to a panic condition on a storage system on a computing node. For example, systems disclosed herein may include establishing recovery instructions between a host system and a storage system in responding to a future instance of a panic condition. The storage system may provide an indication of a self-detected panic condition in a variety of ways. In response to identifying the panic condition, the host system may perform one or more recovery actions in accordance with recovery instructions accessible to the host system. This may include performing resets of specific components and reinitializing communication between the host system and storage system in less invasive ways than slower and more expensive conventional approaches for responding to panic conditions on computing nodes.

Abstract: Described are methods and systems for predicting and generating impacted scenarios based on a defined set of attributes. The system includes one or more databases. The processors are configured to receive a set of service provider system attributes for a project, generate attribute combinations from the set of service provider system attributes using a machine learning model trained on a reference data model, wherein the reference data model includes multiple test scenarios from the one or more databases, each test scenario associated with a test scenario attribute combination, generate predicted scenarios from the attribute combinations using the machine learning model, determine impacted service provider systems based on the predicted scenarios, determine issues based on each of the predicted scenarios, and generate a complexity score based on the determined impacted service provider systems and the determined issues to determine project viability.

Abstract: Technologies are shown for detection of identity misconfiguration that involve collecting identity/role binding and role/access rules data from multiple clusters supported by a computing resource system. Access rules for identities are extracted from the collected data and an access rule prediction model created to predict access rules for identities. An identity definition request for a tenant is received having a requested identity and a role assigned to the identity. A set of access rules is obtained for the role assigned to the identity and a predicted set of access rules is obtained for the requested identity from the prediction model. The access rules for the requested role are compared to the predicted set of access rules and a misconfiguration alert generated when there is a difference between the set of access rules for the requested role and the predicted set of access rules for the requested identity.

Abstract: Sensor fusion is performed for efficient deep learning processing. A camera image is received from an image sensor and supplemental sensor data is received from one or more supplemental sensors, the camera image and the supplemental sensor data including imaging of a cabin of a vehicle. Regions of interest in the camera image are determined based on one or more of the camera image or the supplemental sensor data, the regions of interest including areas of the camera image flagged for further image analysis. A machine-learning model is utilized to perform object detection on the regions of interest of the camera image to identify one or more objects in the camera image. The objects are placed into seating zones of the vehicle.

Abstract: A field effect transistor (FET) includes an active region including a source region, a drain region, and a channel region. The channel region is under a gate and situated between the source region and the drain region. A field region is next to the active region. The channel region has an interface with the field region. The gate has a wide outer gate segment proximate to the interface and a narrow inner gate segment distant from the interface. The wide outer gate segment produces an outer channel length greater than an inner channel length that is produced from the narrow inner gate segment, thereby reducing a leakage current of the FET during an OFF state.
