Abstract: Disclosed are compositions and methods of making a liquid fertilizer additive solution of polymeric and/or oligomeric heterocyclic nitrogen containing nitrification inhibitors comprising a non-aqueous polar, aprotic organo liquid (NAPAOL) as the reaction medium for the reaction of aldehyde(s) with heterocyclic nitrogen containing nitrification inhibitors that have one or more aldehyde reactive groups selected from the group consisting of a) primary, b) secondary amines, c) amides, d) thiols, e) hydroxyls and f) phenols.

Abstract: A magnetic flux measurement apparatus and method for nondestructive thickness imaging of metallic objects. The apparatus can primarily be used for thickness imaging of concentric metallic pipes, such as inner tubing and outer casing pipes in downhole applications. The magnetic flux measurement apparatus includes a transducer that includes a magnetic field source, magnetic flux sensor rings and a magnetic flux guide lens both positioned in alignment with a lateral axis of the magnetic field source. The magnetic flux guide lens is made of ferromagnetic material with high magnetic permeability that can direct flux lines into a predetermined sensor area for higher sensitivity and signal to noise ratio.

Abstract: A provided wireless wallbox dimmer may accommodate a plurality of button configurations. The dimmer may be configured to contain a variable number of controllably conductive devices. The dimmer may include a yoke that defines a first plane and an antenna that defines a second plane that is substantially parallel to and spaced apart from the first plane. The yoke may have a flange that is oriented angularly offset relative to the first plane and provides a plurality of mounting locations for controllably conductive devices. The antenna may provide the dimmer with a first wireless transmission range. The dimmer may include a faceplate that cooperates with the antenna to provide the dimmer with a second wireless transmission range that is broader than the first wireless transmission range. The dimmer may include a button assembly that is supported independently of the yoke.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method for alerting passenger vehicles of approaching emergency vehicles is implemented by an alert management computing device. The method includes receiving an emergency vehicle alert request message from an emergency vehicle transmitter, receiving passenger vehicle location data from a plurality of passenger vehicle user computing devices located in a plurality of passenger vehicles, wherein the passenger vehicle location data includes a present passenger vehicle location and a present passenger vehicle trajectory, identifying an alert zone for the emergency vehicle based on the present emergency vehicle location and the present emergency vehicle trajectory, identifying a vehicle zone for each of the plurality of passenger vehicles, identifying a subset of the passenger vehicles within the alert zone by comparing each vehicle zone to the alert zone, and transmitting a warning to the subset of passenger vehicles via the passenger vehicle user computing devices.

Abstract: The e-vaping method includes providing a reservoir within a housing, the reservoir being configured to contain a pre-vapor formulation, first configuring ejectors to eject droplets of the pre-vapor formulation towards a vaporizing heater, the ejectors being in fluid communication with the reservoir, and second configuring a vaporizing heater to vaporize at least some of the droplets.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for coordinating and controlling power flow during bidirectional energy transfer events between an electrified vehicle and one or more charging trailers. The systems and methods may prioritize energy transfers between each connected energy based on a charge priority selection that may be manually input by a user of the system. Charge energy may be transferred to the appropriate energy unit using such a manual approach to meet customer needs with varying levels of priority according to an energy transfer prioritization control strategy that is derived from various inputs that are considered.

Abstract: A method of reducing interference with an electrical monitoring device includes sensing an interference signal at a first location in a body resulting from reception of a second signal at a second location in the body, and delivering an electrical counter signal to the patient that destructively interferes with the interference signal to prevent interference with the electrical monitoring device.

Abstract: An online broadcasting system is provided. The system combines live video streaming, video on demand (VOD), messaging and other media content provided by an owner of a live broadcast and/or by the owner's online followers. The media content may be combined into a single broadcast stream. The owner of the broadcast may use an online control room to choose in real time what multimedia content to provide to his/her followers. The system also provides for interaction between the followers and interactive elements that the owner may create through the system. A gaming and/or revenue sharing component also may be provided wherein the owner and the followers may earn points for viewing and/or interacting with sponsored media through the system.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to a connection device that can provide a new function for an electronic device. A film antenna receives a wireless signal transmitted by radio, a relay unit relays the received wireless signal to a television receiver, an LED indicator emits light based on a control signal transmitted from the television receiver, a storage case stores the film antenna, the relay unit and a light emitting unit, and a connection member connects the storage case to the television receiver. In addition, in a state of being connected to the television receiver, in a normal direction to a housing surface having a display unit on a housing of the television receiver, the storage case has a protruding section which further protrudes from the housing surface and stores the film antenna in the protruding section. For example, this disclosure can be applied to a receiving device having a receiving unit which receives the wireless signal.

Abstract: One or more guest electronic devices establish electronic communication with a host electronic device. The guest electronic devices transmit requests requesting presentation of media content from an application operating locally on each guest electronic device. The host electronic device arranges the requests in a queue. One or more processors of the host electronic device select a principal request from the queue and initiate the application operating locally on a guest electronic device identified by the principal request, thereby causing delivery of the media content from the guest electronic device identified by the principal request to the host electronic device.

Abstract: A computer that segments traffic associated with different entities across heterogeneous networks is described. During operation, the computer may provide, addressed to a second computer, information that specifies a mapping of an identifier of an electronic device in a wireless network and a second identifier of a virtual container for traffic associated with the electronic device in the wireless network to a third identifier of the electronic device in a cellular-telephone network, where the electronic device and the virtual container are associated with an entity. Then, the computer may communicate the traffic between the wireless network and the cellular-telephone network within the virtual container based at least in part on the mapping, where the virtual container isolates the traffic from other traffic in the wireless network. Note that the identifier may include a MAC address and the third identifier may include an IMSI.

Abstract: A power system for a parade float includes a first power source, a second power source, and an interlocked contactor. The power system also includes a selector switch coupled to the interlocked contactor, wherein the interlocked contactor is configured, in response to selection of a power source from among the first power source and the second power source with the selector switch, to switch between the first power source and the second power source for outputting power to the parade float with the selected power source.

Abstract: A lighting tower system is provided. The lighting tower system includes a tower positioned in an upright orientation within a bed of a vehicle. The tower includes a base tube section and an upper tube section. The base and upper tube sections include a common longitudinal axis and are arranged to slide relative to one another in a telescoping relationship to move each tower between a retracted position and a fully extended position. The lighting tower system includes a light assembly coupled to and extending from the upper tube section of the tower. The light assembly is configured to rotate with respect to the common longitudinal axis and to tilt with respect to an axis perpendicular to the common longitudinal axis. The lighting tower system includes a mounting configuration configured to attach and detach the tower to the bed of the vehicle in the upright orientation.

Abstract: A computing system is disclosed that includes a processor and memory. The memory stores instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform several acts. The acts include receiving, by a generative model, input set forth by a user of a client computing device that is in network communication with the computing system. The acts also include generating, by the generative model, a query based upon the input set forth by the user; providing the query to a search engine. The acts further include receiving, by the generative model and from the search engine, content identified by the search engine based upon the query. The acts additionally include generating, by the generative model, an output based upon a prompt, where the prompt includes the content identified by the search engine based upon the query. The acts also include transmitting the output to the client computing device for presentment to the user.

Abstract: An oral appliance includes an upper arch and a seal. The upper arch may be positioned proximate a maxillary dentition of a user. The upper arch includes a first tab and a second tab positioned on opposite sides of a plane substantially bisecting the upper arch. The seal defines a first receptacle and a second receptacle that may receive the first and second tabs to couple the seal to the upper arch and to inhibit breathing through a mouth of the user.

Abstract: A system for storing and moving data based on the location of a user or a change in location of a user is described herein. Data associated with a user may be stored at one or more storage devices associated with a location of the user. Some or all of the data associated with the user may be moved to one or more other storage devices if, for example, the user moves to a different location or is expected to move to a different location, so that the user's data may be more efficiently accessed by the user.

Abstract: An upweller array configured to be disposed in a body of water and that has one or more upweller systems. The one or more upweller systems include a buoy configured to float on the surface of the body of water, a tether coupled to the buoy and a hydrofoil rotor coupled to the tether. The hydrofoil rotor is configured to be disposed in the body of water based on a length of the tether.

Abstract: A method for wireless communication performed by a user equipment (UE) is provided. The method includes: receiving, from a base station (BS), a radio resource control (RRC) message that includes a first configuration indicating a first parameter associated with a first bandwidth part (BWP) and a second configuration indicating a second parameter associated with a second BWP; receiving, from the BS, downlink control information (DCI) having a DCI format, the DCI indicating either a data reception or a data transmission on a BWP, and the DCI including a field indicating a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process number to be applied by the UE for the data reception or the data transmission; determining whether a bit length of the field is fixed or variable according to the DCI format; and in a case that the bit length of the field is variable, determining the bit length of the field according to one of the first parameter and the second parameter that is associated with the BWP.

Abstract: A paint applicator apparatus for applying a paint line to a moving strand of a tire component comprising a paint neck and a paint head. The paint neck includes a receiving neck portion, a discharge neck portion, and a paint supply passage. The receiving neck portion extends along a receiving neck portion axis and the discharge neck portion neck portion extends along a discharge neck portion axis. The paint supply passage includes a paint inlet in the receiving neck portion and a paint outlet in the discharge neck portion. The receiving neck portion axis and the discharge neck portion axis define an obtuse angle. The discharge neck portion axis is oriented substantially parallel to the moving strand, and the receiving neck portion axis is oriented upwardly relative to the moving strand. The paint head is coupled to the discharge neck portion and includes a rotatable paint wheel for carrying paint from the paint outlet to the moving strand.
