  • Patent number: 12189663
Abstract: A method visualizes object models for data sources. The device displays, in an object model visualization region, a first visualization of a tree of data object icons, each data object icon representing a logical combination of one or more tables. The device also displays recommendations for one or more data sources to add objects to the tree. While displaying the first visualization in the object model visualization region, the device detects a first input on a first data object icon of the tree of data object icons. In response to detecting the first input on the first data object icon, the device displays a second visualization of the tree of the data object icons in a first portion of the object model visualization region and displays a third visualization of information related to the first data object icon in a second portion of the object model visualization region.

  • Patent number: 12190209
Abstract: Techniques for incorporating sequence encoders into machine-learned models where the sequence encoders operate on bag of words (BOW) input are provided. Tokens that are associated with online activities of an entity are identified. Machine-learned embeddings that correspond to the tokens are identified. Based on one or more ordering criteria that are independent of the temporal occurrence of the online activities of the entity, an order of the machine-learned embeddings is determined. Based on the order, the machine-learned embeddings are inputted to a sequence encoder that generates output. Based on the output, a machine learned model that includes the sequence encoder generates a score. A content item is selected based on the score. The content item is transmitted over a computer network to a computing device.

  • Patent number: 12192463
Abstract: Innovations in control and use of chroma quantization parameter (“QP”) values that depend on hum QP values. More generally, the innovations relate to control and use of QP values for a secondary color component that depend on QP values for a primary color component. For example, during encoding, an encoder determines a QP index from a primary component QP and secondary component QP offset. The encoder maps the QP index to a secondary component QP, which has an extended range. The encoder outputs at least part of a bitstream including the encoded content. A corresponding decoder receives at least part of a bitstream including encoded content. During decoding, the decoder determines a QP index from a primary component QP and secondary component QP offset, then maps the QP index to a secondary component QP, which has an extended range.
