  • Patent number: 12170268
Abstract: Techniques are disclosed herein for creating metal bitlines (BLs) in stacked wafer memory. Using techniques described herein, metal BLs are created on a bottom surface of a wafer. The metal BLs can be created using different processes. In some configurations, a salicide process is utilized. In other configurations, a damascene process is utilized. Using metal reduces the resistance of the BLs as compared to using non-metal diffused BLs. In some configurations, wafers are stacked and bonded together to form three-dimensional memory structures.

  • Patent number: 12168928
Abstract: An optical system employs a method for measuring an acoustic signal in a wellbore. The optical system includes an optical interrogator and an optical fiber. The optical fiber has a plurality of nominal sites uniformly spaced apart along a longitudinal axis of the optical fiber. A plurality of gratings are formed in the optical fiber. Each of the plurality of gratings is associated with a nominal site and is separated from its associated nominal site by an offset distance. The offset distance is selected to reduce a destructive interference between reflections from the plurality of gratings. The optical interrogator transmits a light pulse into the optical fiber to measure the acoustic signal via a reflection of the light pulse from at least one of the plurality of gratings.

  • Patent number: 12169690
Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer programs are presented for automatically generating phrase-based talent-screening questions. One method includes analyzing job descriptions to generate ngrams. Each ngram comprises one or more words. Further, the method includes identifying, from the ngrams, an ngram set comprising a predetermined number of bigrams and trigrams according to frequency of appearance in the job descriptions. The method further includes removing, from the ngram set, bigrams and trigrams comprising one or more of stop words, negation words, or requirement words, to obtain first seed phrases. The first seed phrases are filtered based on a frequency of appearance of the seed phrase in the job descriptions to obtain second seed phrases. Further, the second seed phrases are added to the first seed phrases to obtain third seed phrases. Each seed phrase is a sequence of one or more words that is associated with a category of talent-screening questions.
