Abstract: A male connector 1 includes a housing 11 made of resin and to be fit to a female connector, a male terminal 12 made of metal, partially embedded in the housing 11, projecting forward in a connecting direction from the housing 11 and formed into a tubular shape, resin 12G being filled inside the male terminal, and a resin cap 13 configured to cover a tip of the male terminal 12 on a front side in the connecting direction. The male terminal 12 is provided with a communication opening 12F in a part embedded in the housing 11, the communication opening allowing communication between inside and outside of the male terminal 12, and a projection 12D is formed on an outer peripheral surface of the embedded part. The housing 11 is formed with a recess 12J configured to expose the projection 12D to outside.

Abstract: A plate cylinder includes a plate cylinder body having a longitudinally-extending first hole and a longitudinally extending plate-receiving gap connected to the first hole, the plate cylinder body having a longitudinally-extending second hole parallel to the first hole; and a lock-up mechanism including: a torsion bar extending in the longitudinally extending hole and having a surface for contacting an end of a plate located in the gap; a swing bar extending longitudinally in the second hole and being movable perpendicular to a longitudinal direction due to the second hole being oversized compared to dimensions of the swing bar within the second hole; a lever connecting the swing bar and the torsion bar, the torsion bar being rotatable as the swing bar moves within the second hole; and an activator for rotating the torsion bar. Abstract: An X-ray diagnostic apparatus according to the embodiment includes an X-ray tube, an X-ray detector, image generating unit generating time-series medical images of vasoganglion in a predetermined organ of a subject, region setting unit setting a first upstream and downstream region of a stenosis location in a first blood vessel in the vasoganglion on the medical images, curve generating unit generating a stenosis upstream and downstream curve indicating a change in pixel value in the time-series based on pixel values included in the first upstream and downstream region respectively, stenosis index generating unit generating a stenosis index indicating the degree of stenosis in the first blood vessel based on the stenosis upstream and downstream curve, and display unit displaying the stenosis index.

Abstract: A method for dynamic optical character recognition based data extraction includes: analyzing an image; detecting a first identifier associated with a first content type in an image; providing a first data extraction model for the first content type, the first data extraction model including definitions for a plurality of data types; performing an optical character recognition pass on the image to identify a plurality of characters of the image; and extracting a set of data elements from the image based on the first data extraction model and the plurality of characters of the image identified by performing the optical character recognition pass on the image.

Abstract: An illustrative storage management appliance is interposed between client computing devices and one or more cloud storage resources. The appliance uses cloud storage resources in conjunction with a network attached storage device configured within the appliance to provide to the client computing devices seemingly unlimited network attached storage on respective network shares. The storage management appliance monitors data objects on the network shares and when a data object meets one or more criteria for archiving, the storage management appliance archives the data object to a cloud storage resource and replaces it with a stub and preview image on the network share. When access to the stub and/or preview image is detected, the storage management appliance restores the data object from the cloud storage resource. The criteria for archiving flexibly allow individual data objects to be archived to cloud storage without archiving frequently-accessed “neighboring” data objects on the same network share.

The vehicle electronic controller receives power from the vehicle power source when the vehicle coupling mechanism is separate from the command coupling mechanism. The API may be provided to enable external application developers to build applications that can support the dynamic security model of the content management system and describe the runtime properties of records in data objects. The API of may provide a record property object and/or a query describe object when returning data set in response to a query by providing information about actions an end user can take on the data records, and to provide metadata required to understand a data response.

The present invention includes: a frame having a predetermined shape; a plurality of unit cells supported by the frame and arrayed in an X-Y matrix; and a controller for selectively driving the unit cells according to an external input signal, wherein the unit cell includes: a cell plate having a magnet on a rear surface thereof and having an upper end hinge-coupled to the frame, the cell plate being vertically disposed; and an electromagnet arranged to face the magnet of the cell plate to enable the cell plate to rotate forward when power is applied thereto according to a signal of a controller. The cell plate of the unit cells includes a reflection plate such that advertisement text is three-dimensionally expressed through a combination of the cell plates which rotate to be opened.

Abstract: An image sensor including at least one pixel for collecting charge in its photodiode is provided. The image sensor comprises: a substrate having a first surface on a front side and a second surface on a back side, a photodetector formed in the silicon substrate and having a light-receiving surface on the second surface, and a first layer with positive charges disposed on the second surface, the first layer being configured to form an electron accumulation region at the light-receiving surface of the photodetector for suppressing a dark current at a back side interface of the image sensor. A method for fabricating an image sensor including a first layer with positive charges is also provided.

Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure address systems and methods for shortening clock tree wirelength based on target offsets in connected routes. A method may include accessing a clock tree comprising routes that interconnect a plurality of pins. Each pin corresponds to a terminal of a clock tree instance. The method further includes identifying a first and second terminal of a clock tree instance in the clock tree. The method further includes determining a first offset based on a distance between the first terminal and a branch in a first route connected to the first terminal and determining a second offset based on a distance between the second terminal and a branch in a second route connected to the second terminal. The method further includes moving the clock tree instance from a first location to a second location based on a target offset determined by comparing the first and second offsets.

Abstract: An explosive separation joint system having an expandable tube containing a mild detonating fuse (MDF) in separable portions of the joint. The MDF extends into a detonation manifold at a first port, an end of the MDF having booster bonded thereto. An external initiating ordnance transfer line enters the manifold at an initiating ordnance (IO) port, has an IO end tip and provides a detonation impulse train where each detonating component is axially aligned within a passageway with the next detonating component. In embodiments, particular detonating components of the detonation train are fixed in place where other detonating components are movable. Each detonating component that is not in direct contact with a preceding detonating component in the detonation train is in direct linear access.

Abstract: A communication control device is provided with: an erroneous communication prevention antenna capable of receiving electromagnetic waves transmitted from an electromagnetic wave leakage monitoring region, which is defined in a region different from a dedicated short-range communication region where valid communication with a dedicated short-range communication antenna is carried out; a signal alteration unit which is provided on a communication interconnection between the dedicated short-range communication antenna and an antenna controller, and which alters a signal received from the dedicated short-range communication antenna; and a signal alteration unit control unit which, when the erroneous communication prevention antenna has received electromagnetic waves, causes the signal transmitted from the dedicated short-range communication antenna to the antenna controller to be altered.

Abstract: The invention provides a method of reducing the cooling time for disks of a brake (5) of an aircraft wheel (1) fitted with a heat screen (10) extending between the wheel and the disks of the brake, and mounted to rotate on aircraft landing gear about an axis of rotation, the method comprising making perforations (11, 12, 13) through the heat screen to allow air heated by the disks to pass through the heat screen towards the wheel, the perforations being provided with obstacles to block any radiation from passing directly from the disks towards the wheel.

Abstract: A ventilating fan, includes a humidity sensor box, provided with an air inlet in a bottom surface facing an suction opening and an air outlet in a top surface opposite to the bottom surface; a humidity sensor located inside the humidity sensor box and adapted to detect the humidity of the air passing through the humidity sensor box; and a humidity sensor circuit board located inside the humidity sensor box, disposed perpendicular to the bottom surface and adapted to control the humidity sensor. The air may flow at a high speed in the humidity sensor box, and it is easy for the water vapor to be taken out of the humidity sensor box without being accumulated inside the humidity sensor box, thereby suppressing the influence of the water vapor or the water droplet on the humidity sensor and enabling the humidity sensor to accurately detect the indoor humidity.

The handlebar can include first, second, and/or third handlebar portions extending from a transverse extension piece, each portion having left and right sections. Each section of each portion can include proximal, internal, and/or distal segments. The first, second, and/or third handlebar portions are rotatable relative to a longitudinal axis of the transverse extension piece, providing for multiple, user selected fixed angular positions of the handlebar portions relative to the transverse extension piece. Each of the proximal, internal, and/or distal segments can be longitudinally and rotatably adjusted relative to one another, then fixedly secured, providing the overall handlebar with multi-level, multi-dimensional, and multi-directional capability.
