Abstract: A channel estimation method. For at least one temporal difference observed between two sub-sequences of channel measurements, or channel estimations, consisting of complex vectors or scalars, the method includes: a first extrapolation on the basis of channel measurements or channel estimations of the sub-sequence preceding the temporal difference, going forward in time; a second extrapolation on the basis of channel measurements or channel estimations of the sub-sequence following the temporal difference, going backward in time; and calculation of a weighted average of the extrapolated estimations or measurements forward in time and of the extrapolated estimations or measurements backward in time, in order to obtain channel measurements or channel estimations regularly spaced apart in the temporal difference. The method is suitable for radio communications between a base station and a moving connected vehicle.
Abstract: A method of encoding at least one image divided into blocks, implementing: encoding a first syntax element associated with a characteristic of the at least one image; encoding, for a current block to be encoded associated with at least one encoding parameter, the data of the current block; if the first syntax element is encoded according to a first predefined value representing the characteristic of the image, a second syntax element representing the value of the at least one encoding parameter is encoded only if the current block belongs to a predefined zone of the image; if the first syntax element is encoded according to a second predefined value representing the characteristic of the image, the second syntax element is encoded, whether or not the current block belongs to the predefined zone.
Abstract: A method for achieving remote access to a voice assistant suitable for setting up telephone communications with a communication terminal via a telecommunications network. The method includes: setting up a first communication with a caller terminal; obtaining, via the set-up communication, a datum identifying the voice assistant; transmitting a setup message for setting up a second communication to the identified voice assistant, the message containing at least one parameter suitable for activating a remote operating mode of the voice assistant; and connecting the first and second communications.
Abstract: A method for processing an incoming call to a called terminal in a telecommunications network, implemented by a TAS server in an IMS network. The method includes: interrogating an SDM entity to determine whether the service profile of the user associated with the called terminal contains IN terminating service information; interrogating an SDM entity to determine whether the routing domain to be used to route the call to the called terminal is a circuit or packet type; if the routing domain is a packet type, determining whether the called terminal is effectively reachable in packet mode, and if applicable, via which type of access network; if the service profile contains IN terminating information, allowing the IN terminating service provided for the user of the called terminal to be distinguished according to the type of access network of the called terminal; and routing the call to the called terminal.
Abstract: A technique for executing a service in a local area network through a wide area communication network by way of an access gateway. This access gateway allows devices of the local area network to access the wide area communication network. A service tunnel is configured between the access gateway and a tunnels termination point. This termination point conveys data originating from the local area network and received by using the tunnel to an instance of the service specific to the local area network and conveys data received from this instance to the local area network by using the tunnel. The service is thereafter executed by this instance in the guise of device of the local area network.

Abstract: A valve stem assembly for a tire includes a removable grommet of a plurality of grommets having different shapes and sizes. The removable grommets allow the valve stem assembly to be used on a variety of rims. Each grommet fits into distinct holes within the rims. The valve stem assembly also includes a valve stem body that receives the removable grommets and an attachment end that encloses a valve core within the valve stem body. A cap may cover the valve core and attachment end.
Abstract: A method for managing a standby state of a mobile terminal in a data packet network. The method includes: upon opening a connectivity session for a mobile terminal, a mobility management entity of the network receives a list of areas, known as a “PRA list”, configured according to a given service and a location of the mobile terminal; when the mobile terminal switches from a “connected” mode to a “standby” mode, the mobile terminal receives the “PRA-list” of areas from the mobility management entity via a network access point; when the mobile terminal enters one of the areas included in the “PRA-list” of areas, it switches from the “standby” mode to the “connected” mode, and transmits a notification to the mobility management entity via a network access point.
Abstract: Methods, devices and systems for efficient 3D printing that address conventional inefficiencies while utilizing a single compact device are set forth. Some embodiments utilize a circular-shaped build area revolving symmetrically around a single center point utilizing a continuous helical printing process. In some embodiments, vertical-cavity surface-emitting lasers (VCSELs) are utilized as an energy source for curing the print material. The VCSELs can be integrated with the print head and can form an array which can be staggered or linear. In some embodiments, the VCSELs (and the corresponding print head)can be connected to a rotating platform, which can rotate independently from the revolving build area. In some embodiments, a thermoelectric cooler and/or a fluid cooler can provide cooling to the VCSELS.
Abstract: A management method for managing an identity of a first user during communication between a first web browser installed on a communication terminal of the first user and a second web browser installed on a communication terminal of a second user is disclosed. Abstract: According to one aspect of the present disclosure, a tire pressure sensor structure includes a housing, a tire pressure sensor, a valve connector and a molding body. The housing is with an opening and has a receiving portion and an assembly portion. The receiving portion is located on the inner surface of the housing, and the assembly portion is located between the receiving portion and the opening. The tire pressure sensor is placed into the receiving portion. The valve connector includes a base and a connecting port. The base fixes with the assembly portion for limiting the tire pressure sensor. The connecting port protrudes from the base to connect a valve of a tire. The molding body is formed on the surface of the base and adjacent to the connecting port to close the opening.
Abstract: A method of loading a subscription profile into a subscriber identification module of a target mobile terminal is described. The method can include sending a combined request for authentication and transfer of profile to an authentication system, the request containing a user identifier of the target mobile terminal and receiving in return a response message containing an activation code. The method can also include sending a request for downloading the subscription profile to a provisioning equipment item, the downloading request comprising the activation code, and, subsequent to a positive verification of the activation code by the provisioning equipment item, downloading the subscription profile into the subscriber identification module of the target mobile terminal.
Abstract: A method and a proxy server for selecting an input server of an IMS communication network in order to register a terminal in the IMS communication network. Following receipt from the terminal of an SIP registration message, the proxy server obtains a value of at least one field of the SIP registration message, the field being representative of a characteristic belonging to the terminal, and selects an input server using the at least one value obtained. Abstract: A universal programming station with orientable blocks includes several blocks that can have variable orientations on a support. The orientations of the blocks determine programming instructions applicable to various devices. Such a programming station is intuitive and can be used easily. Moreover, connecting the station with a management platform, via a communication network, promotes the universal character of same with respect to the devices to be programmed.
