  • Patent number: 10667615
Abstract: A comfort layer for a bedding or seating product has slow-acting pockets characterized by the individual springs of the comfort layer being pocketed with either semi-impermeable or impermeable fabric. Each seam joining opposed plies of fabric around each of the coil springs of the comfort layer may be segmented, allowing air to flow between the segments, thereby increasing the luxury “feel” of the comfort layer. The method of making the comfort layer includes compressing the springs and creating pockets with a welding horn and an anvil.

  • Publication number: 20200158478
Abstract: A concealed amalgamated neutralizer device covertly combines neutralizer material of inert materials such as calcium carbonate or silicates with common energetic material for the prevention of malicious use of the energetic material. The concealed amalgamated neutralizer device may vary in shape, size, and color and is therefore adaptable to varying methods of containment. The neutralizer material mimics the energetic material without detection. Upon disassembly of the concealed amalgamated neutralizer device, the neutralizer material is mixed with and neutralizes the energetic material rendering the energetic material useless. A container is provided which has a bottom section having an interior surface including a plurality of integrally formed recesses that are filled with the energetic material which allow manipulation of flash direction and intensity upon detonation.

  • Patent number: 10652109
Abstract: In some examples, after a client system encounters a problem, a technical support specialist may connect to the client system via a console. The console may display a graphical representation of a client system that includes a plurality of components. The console may execute a machine learning module to determine one or more potential solutions to the particular problem. Each solution of the one or more solutions may correspond to a previously resolved problem that is similar to the particular problem and may have an associated confidence level determined based on: a similarity of the particular problem to the previously resolved problem, a similarity of the plurality of components to a second plurality of components included in a second client system associated with the previously resolved problem, a similarity of a network topology of the client system to a second network topology of the second client system.

  • Patent number: 10649875
Abstract: In some examples, a server may receive, from a computing device, a device profile identifying a gaming application and metrics associated with execution of a gaming application. The server may compare the device profile with other device profiles associated with other computing devices, determine a similarity index of the device profile with the other device profiles, and select a subset of the other device profiles based at least in part on the similarity index. The server may determine configuration differences between the device profile of the computing device and individual device profiles of the subset of the other device profiles and send the configuration recommendations to the computing device. The recommendations may include at least one of (1) modifying settings of an operating system of the computing device, (2) modifying settings of the gaming application, (3) changing a hardware component or peripheral device associated with the computing device.

  • Patent number: 10642506
Abstract: Some examples include instructions stored in a memory and executed by one or more processors to configure an availability group that includes a primary database and a secondary database and configure one or more subscriptions associated with the primary database. Individual subscriptions of the one or more subscriptions may identify a network element (e.g., individual subscriber) of one or more network elements that subscribe to receiving a portion of data stored in the primary database. The processors may configure the secondary database to replicate a content of the primary database, configure the secondary database to publish data based on the one or more subscriptions in response to a failover from the primary database to the secondary database, and redirect the one or more subscriptions from the primary database to the availability group.

  • Patent number: RE48008
Abstract: An adjustable bed includes a stationary frame, a first head deck mattress support member supported by the frame, a second seat deck mattress support member supported by the frame and pivotally coupled to the head deck mattress support member, a sensor assembly adapted to detect a sound associated with human snoring, and a motorized drive assembly operatively coupled to the sensor assembly and to the first mattress support member. The adjustable bed may be such that detection of the snoring sound actuates the motorized drive assembly thereby causing relative movement of the first mattress support member with respect to the second mattress support member. The sensor assembly may further be adapted to recognize a sound associated with snoring of a particular person and actuation of the motorized drive assembly may move the first mattress support member between an inclined position and a horizontal flat position.
