  • Patent number: 8031490
Abstract: To provide a power supply circuit which can be applied worldwide without using a high withstand voltage switching element and can supply a load device with stable power. A charging section is arranged between a turn-off capacitor and a load coil. The charging section has the anode connected to the positive terminal of a feedback coil and the cathode connected to the cathode of a zener diode. Thus, when a voltage of a commercial power supply is high, the charging section operates, the turn-off capacitor is quickly charged, an on-period of a transistor is shortened, and an excessive voltage is prevented from being applied between the drain and the source of the transistor. At the same time, an output characteristic indicating relationship between the voltage of the commercial power supply and a current flowing in the load device is permitted to be flat.

Abstract: The key distribution system comprises a terminal (10) and a server (20) which establish encrypted communication with each other by use of a common key cryptography using a communication secret key (K10). In processing of requesting issuance of a new communication secret key (K11), the terminal (10) generates a secret value (R10) and encrypts it with a public key and sends the encrypted secret value to the server (20). The server (20) decrypts the encrypted secret value (R10) with a private key paired with the public key. The server (20) issues the new communication secret key (K11), and encrypts it with a common key cryptography using the secret value (R10), and sends the encrypted new communication secret key to the terminal (10). The terminal (10) decrypts the encrypted new communication secret key (K11) with the secret value (R10), thereby obtaining the new communication secret key (K11).

  • Patent number: 8020778
Abstract: An environmental apparatus control system for a comfortable residential environment based upon demands from the residents. The system includes a project composer which relies upon a first reference (R1) and a second reference (R2) to determine a control project based upon the demands. The references are each determined by a first proportion of the count of the temperature lowering demands in the total number of the residents, and a second proportion of the count of the temperature raising demands in the total number of the resident. A first proportion of the count of the first demands in the number of the residents, and a second proportion of the count of the second demands in the number of the residents are obtained to give a current demand ratio which is compared with first and second references for determination of the control project. The first and second references and are defined respectively as different ratios of the first proportion to the second proportion.
