  • Patent number: 9710797
Abstract: An email payment gateway having electronic commerce (e-commerce) system may send advertisement emails to customers that are registered with the e-commerce system. The advertisement emails may include mailto hyperlinks. Each mailto hyperlink may be associated with a product that is being offered for sale, and each mailto hyperlink describes an email message that may be generated when that hyperlink is selected. When a mailto hyperlink is selected, the generated email message may include one or more parameters related to the product associated with the hyperlink, such as an identifier of the product. The generated email message may then be transmitted to the e-commerce system. The e-commerce system may receive the message and, based on the parameters in the received message, execute a transaction to purchase the identified product on behalf of the customer.

  • Publication number: 20170070484
Abstract: This disclosure relates to methods and systems for automatically securing and validating multi-server electronic communications over a plurality of networks, without requiring additional physical or programmatic infrastructure on the intermediary servers. A processor-executable component can be transmitted from a first server to a compute device, where it generates a pair of asymmetric cryptographic parameters. The first server uses one of those parameters to verify subsequent communications from the component and respond with tagged privacy communication strings, which the component can provide to a second server as part of a secure communication exchange. The first server can then receive secure communication exchange approval request from a third server, and analyzes the request to determine a validity metric.

  • Patent number: 9577546
Abstract: An AC-DC power converter is provided with two pairs of self-driven synchronous rectifier switches in addition to, or in place of, diode bridge rectifiers for boosting efficiency and reducing cost. An AC sensing circuit is coupled to AC input terminals, and a DC level shifting circuit applies a DC offset to an AC input signal received via the sensing circuit. A comparator circuit determines positive and negative half waves of the AC input signal relative to the DC offset value. Gate drive signals are provided for driving a first set of parallel rectifier switches during a positive half cycle of the AC input signal, and for driving a second and opposing pair of parallel rectifier switches during a negative half cycle of the AC input signal. In an embodiment, high side gate drive signals may be electrically isolated from the active rectifier control circuitry.
