Abstract: An articulated steerable self-propelled vehicle has a support platform mounting a motive power source and sites at opposite sides of motive power source where an operator's feet can be placed to enable the operator to stand on platform and straddle motive power source. First suspension assembly on vehicle is pivotally mounted to platform in order to dispose and couple first ground surface contacting member spaced in first direction from platform, movable to follow the ground surface, vertically movable relative to platform to accommodate impact generated by uneven ground surface, and steerable horizontally relative to platform and the ground surface. Second support assembly on the vehicle is pivotally mounted to platform in order to dispose and couple second ground surface contacting member spaced in second direction from of platform, movable to follow the ground surface, and vertically movable relative to platform to accommodate impact generated by uneven ground surface.
Abstract: Disclosed herein are self-crosslinking compositions containing a hydrosilation catalyst and the reaction product of a mixture comprising (i) a resinous copolymer having both silicon-bonded hydrogen and silanol groups, and (ii) one or more vinyl-functional polyorganosiloxanes. These compositions have stable post-cure adhesive properties and are suitable for use in electronic applications.
Abstract: The air filter assembly or “air box” includes a flat base tray mounted to velocity stacks and a detachable filter box. The base tray includes a number of pliable mounting shoes, which are seated within openings formed in the base tray. The mounting shoes are formed or molded of a pliable synthetic rubber and are configured to have a number of ports through which the velocity stacks extend. Each stack port is defined by a bowl shaped depression that diverges into an annular collar. The base tray is mounted to the velocity stacks by hose clamps that compress the annular collars of the mounting shoes around the stacks. The detachable filter box is held to the base tray by six quick release latches.
Abstract: The present invention is directed to apparatus for a winch assembly. The winch assembly may be secured to a towing trailer and arranged to assist in loading and unloading cargo from the trailer. The winch assembly may include mechanisms, systems, and features to make the winch assembly easy to assemble and use, increase the service life of the winch assembly, and improve the consistency of the performance of the winch assembly. Embodiments of a winch assembly disclosed include novel drive systems, novel ratchet and pawl systems, novel systems for guiding a winch strap, novel systems for securing the winch assembly to a towing trailer, and a novel frame member for a winch assembly.

Abstract: The miniature basketball hoop of the present: invention includes a rectangular backboard having front and rear faces, The backboard is transparent substantially across its entire area. A pair of spaced apart hooks are provided on the top of the backboard to hook the backboard over the top of a door. The hoop includes a break-away rim mounted to the front of the backboard, and sound dampening material on the rear face of the backboard, so as to minimize sound when a bail hits the backboard or rim during use.
Abstract: A brake system comprising a brake disc that rotates about a center axis, a brake mount, a brake caliper attached to the brake mount and including a brake pad, and an adjuster between the brake mount and the brake caliper. The adjuster can move the brake pad toward and/or away from the brake disc. In one embodiment, the brake caliper is attached to the brake mount by a post extending through an elongated opening in the brake caliper and nonparallel to the center axis. The adjuster can change a relative location of the post within the elongated opening. The adjuster can include an end that extends into the elongated opening and works against the post. The post can include a fastener threaded to the brake mount in a direction substantially perpendicular to the center axis, and the fastener can extend through an elongated opening in the brake caliper.
Abstract: A display device 10 comprises a base 16, a first flat display area 12 and a second flat display area 14, the first display area 12 being pivotally mounted and angularly movable relative to the base 16 about an axis of rotation, the second display area 14 being pivotally mounted to and independently angularly movable relative to the base 16 about said axis of rotation, the first and second display areas 12, 14 being arranged to align with one-another in the same plane to form a single flat display area in at least one position.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a point code emulation apparatus and method for dividing a Common Channel Signaling System No. 7 (or SS 7) signaling network into two or more networks. The point code emulator is adapted to receive TCAP messages from two or more subnets and converts, for the messages crossing over the subnets, the information of the TCAP messages, including originating point code, destination point code, and transaction identifier, (and optionally, calling party number and called party number), and forwards to the other one of the two or more subnets. Correspondence among the two or more subnets may be provisioned by an authorized user of the system, may be learned automatically by the system based on ISUP message correspondences or previous TCAP transactions, or may be automatically discovered by the system broadcasting messages to nodes in the destined one of the two or more subnets.

Abstract: A hitch ball assembly generally includes a ball member and a body connected to the ball member. A passageway extends longitudinally within the body and at least one locking member may be in communication with the passageway to lock the hitch ball in place. An elongated member within the passageway is biased to engage the locking member. The body further includes an opening arranged transverse to the passageway. A release mechanism is positioned within an opening in the body transverse to the passageway. The release member is in communication with the elongated member to move the elongated member between a locked position and an unlocked position.
