Abstract: An expandable device for attachment to a portable electronic device having first and second surfaces includes a button having a top side, a bottom side, and a coupling portion and further includes an elongated body having a top side, a bottom side, and a platform coupling portion. The button is movable between an expanded position and a collapsed position. The bottom side of the platform engages a portion of the portable electronic device and the platform coupling portion engages the coupling portion of the button. When coupled to the positioning platform, the button is movable between a first position where the button is positioned along the first surface of the portable electronic device and a second position where the button is positioned along the second surface of the portable electronic device.

Abstract: A case includes a case body configured to equip a mobile electronic device. The case includes an actuator, and the mobile electronic device includes a physical button. The case further includes an actuator switch coupled to the case body and movable between at least a first unengaged position and a second engaged position, where the switch is connected to an engagement member. The engagement member activates a corresponding physical button of the mobile electronic device when the mobile electronic device is equipped with the case and the actuator switch is moved to the second position. The engagement member is configured to not activate the mobile electronic device button when the actuator is moved to the first position.

The case body includes at least two button accessing means and the mobile electronic device includes at least two physical buttons. The case further includes an actuator coupled to the case body and movable between at least a first position and a second position, where the actuator comprises two or more engagement members. The engagement members, in cooperation with the button accessing means, depress corresponding physical buttons of the mobile electronic device when the mobile electronic device is equipped with the case and the actuator is in the second position. The engagement members are configured to not depress corresponding physical buttons of the mobile electronic device when the actuator is in the first position.

Abstract: A docking accessory adapted to couple to a platform of a mobile electronic device. The docking accessory includes a docking connector portion comprising a first magnetic element configured to detachably attach to a second docking connector portion of the platform, wherein the second docking connector portion comprises a second magnetic element. The docking accessory further includes an accordion forming a tapered shape capable of extending outward from the platform generally along its axis to achieve an extended position, and retracting back toward the platform by collapsing generally along its axis to achieve a collapsed position, as well as a foot disposed at the distal end of the accordion. The docking accessory is operable as a stand for the platform and mobile electronic device when the docking accessory is in the extended position.
