  • Patent number: 12353740
Abstract: Data may be purged from a memory device in a manner confined to a particular partition of a memory device having two or more partitions. Logical memory blocks may be de-mapped from physical memory blocks of a first storage partition of the memory device. De-mapped physical memory blocks of the first storage partition may be listed in a local de-mapped block list uniquely associated with the first storage partition. A local purge command may be received from a host device. In response to the local purge command, at least a portion of the de-mapped physical memory blocks listed only in the local de-mapped block list are purged.

  • Patent number: 12355707
Abstract: A user equipment (UE) may use a resource configuration to determine whether to transmit or receive on a particular sub-band during a given communication period (e.g., a time slot or a symbol duration). In some examples, a network entity provides a bit map to a UE where the bit map indicates how sub-bands for a given communication period are allocated for full-duplex transmissions. The UE may then determine, based on the bit map, whether to transmit or receive on a particular sub-band. In some examples, a network entity provides a resource configuration to a UE where the resource configuration indicates how half-duplex transmissions and full-duplex transmissions are configured over a period of time. In this case, the UE may be configured by a defined rule to determine, based on the resource configuration, whether to transmit or receive on a particular sub-band.

  • Patent number: 12355685
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a message indicating a frequency hopping configuration for repetitions of an uplink message that are to be transmitted via a set of resources, including one or more resources that support full-duplex communications. The UE may determine that some resources of the set of resources are available for transmitting the repetitions in a time domain. The UE may use a frequency hopping pattern to transmit the uplink message and the repetitions of the uplink message, where the frequency hopping pattern may include two or more frequency hops and based on the available resources and the frequency hopping configuration. In some cases, the UE may determine that some resources of the set of resources are unavailable in a frequency domain, and as such, the UE may drop respective transmissions of the uplink messages on the unavailable resources.

  • Patent number: 12355683
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Aspects of the present disclosure describe a quick scanning method to reject global synchronization channel numbers (GSCNs) that do not include a synchronization signal block (SSB). The quick scanning method utilizes down-sampling techniques to reduce complexity associated with scanning many GSCNs for an SSB. For example, a user equipment (UE) may down-sample a signal to obtain a coarse signal subset (e.g., by using coarse bin sizes, sampling a portion of symbols). The UE may perform a fast Fourier Transform, along with one or more data processing techniques, to obtain a spectrogram corresponding to the signal. While the spectrogram may represent the signal in the frequency domain with reduced resolution, and may include energy information corresponding to different frequencies. The UE may utilize the spectrogram to examine frequencies corresponding to GSCNs to detect if an SSB is present.
