    Abstract: A deepfake detection device may include a data input unit that receives an input image including a low-quality deepfake video, a branch-based super-resolution training unit that enhances the resolution of the input image through unsupervised super-resolution training and generates a plurality of super-resolution images having different sizes, and a multi-scale training unit that performs multi-scale training, without resolution conversion, on the plurality of super-resolution images having different sizes, respectively. The multi-scale training unit may synthesize multi-scale training results for the plurality of super-resolution images having different sizes, respectively, and determine whether the input image is a deepfake based on the multi-scale training results.

    Abstract: A federated learning method using artificial intelligence performed by a local client is disclosed. The federated learning method comprises receiving a model from a central server to store the model as a global model and a local model, learning the local model using internal data based on the global model, and transmitting the learned local model to the central server. The learning of the local model is performed by learning a discriminator model and a classifier using features of the global model and features of the local model in each batch of the internal data to generate the features of the local model through the learning of the local model so that the features of the local model are not discriminated as the discriminator model and to operate the classifier to classify a correct answer. Hence, divergence of the global model in federated learning can be suppressed.

    Abstract: Provided is a time series anomaly detection method using a GRU-based model. The method includes inputting time series data from a predetermined second to 1 second before a target point in time into a stacked GRU, outputting an output of the stacked GRU after passing through a fully connected layer, adding data from the predetermined second before the target point in time to an output value that has passed through the fully connected layer via a skip connection, and learning the GRU-based model to obtain predicted data at the target time point through actual data at the target time point and mean square error (MSE) loss on the basis of the added data. A similarity calculation unit is additionally provided to the GRU-based model, and the similarity calculation unit receives the time series data, generates latent variables, calculates a sum of similarities, and reflects importance of the latent variables, thereby learning the GRU-based model.
