Abstract: A pattern of core material is formed on a wafer to include core features that have a critical dimension. A trim amount indicates an average amount of thickness to be removed from vertically oriented surfaces of the core features. A trim profile indicates how much variation in removal of thickness from vertically oriented surfaces of the core features is to be applied as a function of radial location on the wafer. A first set of data correlates the trim amount to one or more plasma trim process parameters. A second set of data correlates the trim profile to one or more plasma trim process parameters. Based on the trim amount, trim profile, and first and second sets of data, a set of plasma trim process parameters to achieve the trim amount and trim profile on the wafer is determined and a corresponding plasma trim process is performed on the wafer.

Abstract: Described is a method of decoding a physical sidelink control channel (PSCCH). The method comprises: for a PSCCH candidate in a resource grid, processing a received demodulation reference signal (DMRS) in a subframe of the resource grid associated with the PSCCH candidate to determine one or more potential PSCCHs for decoding, each of the one or more potential PSCCHs being identified by resource block (RB) position in the resource grid and a corresponding DMRS cyclic shift (ncs) value. This step is repeated for at least one other DMRS in the subframe to determine one or more potential PSCCHs for the at least one other DMRS. Then, a subset L of PSCCHs is selected from the potential PSCCHs. The selected subset L of PSCCHs together with their corresponding DMRS cyclic shift (ncs) values are made available for use in a decoding process for the received channel signal.

Abstract: A subwavelength gold hole/disk array that when coupled with a ground plane induces extraordinary transmission through the hole/disk array and zero back reflection. The hole/disk array functions as a “light funnel” in couling incident radiation into the cavity with about 100% efficiency over a narrow resonant bandwidth, which results in frequency-selective perfect (˜100%) absorption of the incident radiation. Such an optical frequency-selective absorber enables flexible scaling of detector response to any wavelength range by pattern dimensional changes, enabling uncooled frequency selective detection and “color” imaging in the infrared domain. Methods and applications are disclosed.
