Abstract: Data transmission and reception is provided by configuring control channels in a wireless communication system using a plurality of carriers. User equipment (UE) may monitor physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) candidates within common search spaces (CSSs) and User Equipment-specific search spaces (USSs). If the UE is configured with cross-carrier scheduling, when two PDCCH candidates originating from a CSS and a USS, respectively, have cyclic redundancy check (CRC) scrambled by the same Radio Network Temporary Identifier (RNTI) and have a common payload size and the same first control channel element (CCE) index, the UE may interpret that only the PDCCH originating from the CSS is transmitted, thereby solving ambiguity of downlink control information (DCI) detection.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for preparing a DNA oligomer into which a single nucleotide is incorporated using a terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase. According to the present invention, by using a base hydrolysis reaction or a ribose-borate complex formation method, single incorporation of normal and modified nucleotides in a TdT enzyme-based DNA oligomer modification method can be facilitated. In addition, the method simultaneously provides the usability of TdT and the quantitativeness of modification group incorporation, thereby being effectively usable in the development of a quantitative detection technique or in a crosslinking reaction, both of which require quantitativeness and, according to the present invention, a DNA oligomer, into which a single nucleotide which is a product of a TdT reaction is incorporated, has an exposed a 3? hydroxyl terminus, which is an enzyme recognition site, such that an additional enzymatic technique such as primer extension or ligation can be introduced.

Abstract: A method for transmitting and receiving a synchronization signal in a communication system is disclosed. An operation method of a terminal comprises the steps of: receiving, from a base station, a synchronization signal and an SS block including a PBCH; estimating y bits among x bits for indicating a number of a system frame on which the SS block has been transmitted, on the basis of a sequence used for the scrambling of the PBCH included in the SS block; decoding the PBCH included in the SS block so as to acquire z bits among the x bits for indicating the number of the system frame on which the SS block has been transmitted; and confirming the number of the system frame on the basis of the y bits and the z bits. Therefore, the performance of a communication system can be improved.
