    Abstract: A gray control rod having a neutron absorber comprising terbium and dysprosium is provided. The neutron absorber comprises at least one first component and at least one second component, the reactivity worth of the first component increases as the service time of the neutron absorber increases, the reactivity worth of the second component decreases as the service time of the neutron absorber increases; the reactivity worth of the neutron absorber varying no more than 15% within the service time of the neutron absorber. By using the first component and the second component to form the neutron absorber, and adjusting the proportion of the respective components in the neutron absorber, the neutron absorber having a substantially planar reactivity worth loss characteristic can be obtained. The gray control rod and the assembly having required reactivity controlling ability can be obtained by increasing or decreasing the material dosage of the neutron absorber.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for carrying out phosphide in-situ injection synthesis by carrier gas, relating to a synthetic method of semiconductor crystal: step A, shielding inert gas is introduced into a furnace body through a carrier gas intake conduit; step B, a crucible is heated in the furnace body to melt a pre-synthesized raw material in the crucible; step C, the heated shielding inert gas is introduced into the furnace body through the carrier gas intake conduit; step D, a phosphorus source furnace loaded with red phosphorus is moved downwards until an injection conduit of the phosphorus source furnace is submerged in the melt; step E, the red phosphorus is heated by the phosphorus source furnace to produce phosphorus gas, and the phosphorus gas is mixed with the shielding inert gas and then injected into the melt through the injection conduit, and the phosphorus gas reacts with the melt to produce phosphide; and step F, each device is turned off after the synthesis is finished.

The resulting fuels and/or fuel blending components formed by hydroprocessing of the deasphalted oil can have unexpectedly high naphthene content and/or density. Additionally or alternately, deasphalted oil generated from high lift deasphalting represents a disadvantaged feed that can be converted into a fuel and/or fuel blending components with unexpected compositions. Additionally or alternately, the resulting fuels and/or fuel blending components can have unexpectedly beneficial cold flow properties, such as cloud point, pour point, and/or freeze point.
