Abstract: Embodiments described herein provide a system for facilitating dynamic content distribution in an enterprise environment. During operation, the system determines a set of logical groups based on a set of grouping criteria. A respective logical group can include one or more devices managed by a controller and a network that provides connections among the one or more devices. The system categorizes the set of logical groups based on exogenous information associated with a respective logical group and determines a corresponding condition of measurement for a respective category of links in the enterprise environment. The system then schedules a link for measurement based on the condition of measurement and the categorization of the set of logical groups.

Abstract: Processes for selectively dispersing semi-conducting single-walled carbon nanotubes (sc-SWCNTs) in a solvent. One process comprises adding an amine either: to a conjugated polymer extraction process (CPE) of the sc-SWCNTs; or after the CPE of the sc-SWCNTs, in which the amine partially displaces the conjugate polymer associated with the sc-SWNTs dispersed in the solvent. Another process comprises adding an amine either: to a conjugated polymer extraction process (CPE) of the sc-SWCNTs; or after the CPE of the sc-SWCNTs, with the proviso that the amine excludes EDTA. Also, a process for displacement of a conjugated polymer from the surface of semi-conducting single-walled carbon nanotubes (sc-SWCNTs) dispersed in a solvent, which comprises adding an amine either: to a conjugated polymer extraction process (CPE) of the sc-SWCNTs; or after the CPE of the sc-SWCNTs.

Abstract: An apparatus for viewing a biological sample that functions as both a microscope and an interferometer. A short-coherence light source directs light onto the sample. A Fourier transform lens and a pixel-array detector are positioned to collect light scattered by the sample. An optic fiber assembly conveys a reference beam from the short-coherence light source. The detector collects the reference beam and the signal beam and uses coherence gating to acquire interferometric image data. In some embodiments the axis of the incident light striking the sample and the axis of collected scattered signal light form an angle of less than 180 degrees and advantageously an angle between 120 and 150 degrees. A method of converting a microscope into an interferometer is also disclosed.
