Abstract: Disclosed herein are compounds, compositions, and methods for identifying substrates of E3 ubiquitin ligases. The proteins, vectors, compositions, and may be utilized in methods for orthogonal ubiquitin transfer (OUT) between variant components of the ubiquitin cascade such as a variant ubiquitin (UB), a variant ubiquitin activating enzyme (E1), a variant ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme (E2), and a variant ubiquitin ligase (E3), which may include a variant HECT type, U-box type, RBR type, and/or Ring type E3 ligase. The variant components of the ubiquitin cascade typically include one or more mutations relative to their wild-type counterparts, such as amino acid substitutions, such that the variant components interact specifically and orthogonally with each of their variant components and do not interact with the wild-type counterpart of their variant components.

Abstract: An ultrasonic imaging device includes an ultrasonic generating unit and an ultrasonic imaging processing unit. The ultrasonic generating unit repeatedly turns on N of M ultrasonic array elements of the ultrasonic probe multiple times as a group of array elements for linear scanning, and each scan is to emit an ultrasonic signal by each group of array elements and receive an echo signal of the ultrasonic signal. The ultrasonic imaging processing unit extracts a central echo signal from the echo signal in each scan to form a channel signal, and according to the arrival time of the echo signals, each central echo signal in the channel signal is delayed and summed to generate a modified channel signal. The modified channel signal is subjected to image synthesis process to obtain an ultrasonic image.

Abstract: Provided are methods and compositions to target delivery of cells to a tissue lesion, thereby treating the lesion. For example, biotinylated antibodies with affinity to a lesion epitope are administered at the lesion. Reparative cells including avidin and biotin are then administered at the lesion. The reparative cells are targeted to the lesion via avidin-biotin bridges to the antibodies, with additional cells recruited to the lesion via cell-to-cell avidin-biotin bridges. In certain examples, antibody-reparative cell complexes are formed by mixing the biotinylated antibodies with the reparative cells including avidin and biotin. The complexes are then administered at the lesion. In other examples, multivalent antibodies are used to target reparative cells to the lesion, such as by binding an epitope at the lesion and an epitope present on the reparative cell. In other examples, the antibodies are chemically linked to a reparative cell or to a nanosome containing a therapeutic agent.
