Abstract: A method for processing a substrate in a processing chamber, comprising forming a deposition over the substrate is provided. A silicon containing gas is flowed into the processing chamber. A COS containing gas is flowed into the processing chamber. A plasma is formed from the silicon containing gas and the COS containing gas in the processing chamber, wherein the plasma provides the deposition over the substrate.
Abstract: The present invention relates to novel crude oil demulsifier comprises a copolymer of styrene with pyridine or a carboxylic acid or its salt selected from methacrylic, acrylic, maleic or fumaric acid with molecular weight in the range of 10000 to 600000 Daltons, dose in the range of 20-1000 ppm. The invention further relates to a process for demulsification of crude oil by treating crude oil with the copolymer in the range of 20-1000 ppm in the temperature range of 25-40° C. by shaking to obtain demulsified crude oil having crude oil with <1% water, and Water <100 ppm oil.

Abstract: A packet of data and a packet-identification value are transmitted to a network device having an identifier. The stored packet-identification value and the identifier are recorded. The stored packet-identification value is then increased and the process repeats. To receive data, an expected identification value is stored in association with the identifier. A packet and a packet-identification value are received from the network device. The identifier and an indication of receipt are stored. If the received value does not match the expected value for the identifier, the received value is stored. If the values match, the stored packet-identification value and identifier are recorded. The virtual desktop server includes one or more virtual desktops for creating instructions for accelerated graphics processing by running a high-quality graphics application, one or more hardware-based graphics accelerators for creating screen data by executing the instructions for accelerated graphics processing and for storing the created screen data in a frame buffer, and a hypervisor for transmitting the screen data received from the virtual desktop to a client over a network, and the virtual desktop captures the screen data stored in the frame buffer, converts the captured screen data, and delivers the converted screen data to the hypervisor.

Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for reducing roughness using integrated atomic layer deposition (ALD) and etch processes are described herein. In some implementations, after a mask is provided on a substrate, methods include depositing a conformal layer on the mask by ALD to reduce roughness and etching a layer underlying the mask to form patterned features having a reduced roughness. In some implementations, after a substrate is etched to a first depth to form features at the first depth in the substrate, methods include depositing a conformal layer by ALD on sidewalls of the features to protect sidewalls and reduce roughness during a subsequent etch process. The ALD and etch processes may be performed in a plasma chamber.
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a stable, encapsulated reactive amine composition, having a particle size about 100 microns or less comprising; water soluble amine; polymeric surfactant/stabilizer; polyisocynate; and fumed silica; wherein, the reactive amine is released from the encapsulated amine in aqueous and non-aqueous environment, for use in industries such as painting, cosmetics, paper, lubricants, printing, plastics, petrochemicals etc. Further, the invention provides process for the preparation of stable microcapsule composition, without converting the water soluble amine into its salt or adduct and its characterization thereof.

Abstract: Topical medications to treat the physical effects of bruises and burns. For bruises, the topical medication preferably includes therapeutically effective amounts of vasoconstrictor, such as phenylephrine HCL USP, an anti-inflammatory, such as Arica, and compounding agents. In one embodiment, the compounding agents are a Versabase® gel which includes water, ammonium acryloyldimethyltaurate copolymer, aloe barbadensis leaf juice powder, allatoin, disodium EDTA, methylchloroisothiazolinone and methylisothiazolinone. For burns, the topical medication preferably combines therapeutically effective amounts of an active anti-bacterial compound, such as silver sulfadiazine, an anesthetic, such as lidocaine, and a histamine blocker, such as diphenhydramine, with suitable compounding agents, such as Versabase® gel. Both the anti-bruise and anti-burn medications of the present invention can advantageously be formulated in solutions, lotions, creams, ointments, gels, foams or transdermal patches.

Abstract: A localization and attitude estimation method using magnetic fields includes the following steps. First, in three-dimensional coordinates, at least three magnetic landmarks arbitrarily disposed around a moving carrier are selected, wherein any two of the at least three magnetic landmarks have different magnetic directions. One set of at least five tri-axes magnetic sensors is used to sense the magnetic fields of the at least three magnetic landmarks. Three magnetic components on three axes of a current position of each of the tri-axes magnetic sensors are respectively generated by a demagnetization method. Five non-linear magnetic equations are solved to obtain position information and magnetic moment information of the at least three magnetic landmarks in the three-dimensional coordinates. Position vectors and attitude vectors of the set of at least five tri-axes magnetic sensors in a three-dimensional space are estimated based on tri-axes magnetic moment vectors of the magnetic landmarks.
