    Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for determining intoxication in a driver. The system can receive data of a driver's face over a time interval and for each frame of the data, determine one or more parameters associated with eye movements and characteristics of the driver. Based on the one or more parameters for each frame, the frames can be featurized into one or more vectors, where each of the one or more vectors corresponds to a parameter of the one or more parameters. A weight can be applied to each of the one or more vectors and based on the weight of each of the one or more vectors, the system can predict whether the driver surpassed an intoxication threshold. If the driver surpassed the intoxication threshold, the system can alter an operating characteristic of a vehicle of the driver.

The method includes dividing a process of decomposing an MPMCT gate in a quantum circuit into a front step, a central step, and a back step, selecting one of multiple decomposition methods in consideration of the sub-MCT gate assigned to each of the steps and the number (k) of work qubits of which the initial states are known (Clean Work Qubits (CWQs)), and decomposing the MPMCT gate into gates of a Clifford+T set, which is a standard fault-tolerant gate set, by applying the selected decomposition method.

The enteric-coated microsphere has an average particle size of 100 ?m to 1,000 ?m, and a dissolution behavior of the enteric-coated microsphere conforms to the provisions for enteric-coated preparations. The enteric-coated microsphere characteristic not only avoids the stimulation of prednisone to a gastric mucosa, but also makes the active ingredient quickly released and absorbed in an intestinal tract to prevent the active ingredient from being destroyed by intestinal floras. The prednisone enteric-coated preparation can be any dosage form such as a suspension or a capsule suitable for patients with difficult swallowing or normal patients.
