Abstract: In programming environments, an object can be extended by adding a new property (subroutine) to the collection of the object properties. The properties of the object can be accessed using property access syntax. Extension property call is an innovation which allows the use of an object together with property access expression to access the properties (subroutines) that are not contained in the object itself, but which are contained in another object and are visible in the scope where the property access expression is used. The extension properties do not have special extension property definition syntax. Any regular property (subroutine) can be used as the extension property of the object if the property is visible in the scope where the property access expression is used. Extension property calls makes programming language code concise, improving code readability.
Abstract: Compositions and methods are provided for making and using a cell having expressed on its outer plasma membrane surface an Anchor designed to form a first complex with a selected Linker. The Linker is designed to form a second complex with in a target protein that is not recognized by the Anchor. These cells can be primary cells or immortalized cells, they function as fusion partners to create hybridoma cells. The cells can be designed to bind a secreted targeted protein, e.g., a secreted antibody, to the cell surface via an immune complex formed by the Anchor-Linker and permit the identification of the existence, antigen specificity, and antigen binding affinity, titer, amount, or biological activity of the target protein. In certain embodiments, the Linker is of a species heterologous to the species of the Anchor; and the target protein is of a species heterologous to the Linker and to the Anchor.

Abstract: A server jointly tracks states of multiple vehicles using measurements of satellite signals received at each vehicle and parameters of the probabilistic distribution of the state of each vehicle. The server fuse states and measurements into an augmented state of the multiple vehicles and an augmented measurement of the augmented state subject to augmented measurement noise defined by a non-diagonal covariance matrix with non-zero off-diagonal elements, each non-zero off-diagonal elements relating errors in the measurements of a pair of corresponding vehicles. The server executes a probabilistic filter updating the augmented state and fuses the state of at least some of the multiple vehicles with a corresponding portion of the updated augmented state.
