The device includes: a channel layer extending over a substrate in a first direction perpendicular to a surface of the substrate; an information storing layer extending along a sidewall of the channel layer in the first direction; control gates each surrounding the channel layer, with the information storing layer between the channel layer and the control gates; an insulating layer being between the control gates in the first direction and separating the control gates from each other; a fixed charge region disposed at an interface of the insulating layer and the information storing layer or in a portion of the information storing layer between the control gates in the first direction; and a doped region induced by the fixed charge region and disposed at a surface of the channel layer facing the fixed charge region.

A sleeve cavity of the throttle sleeve is shaped as a stepped hole with two or more layers. The valve core is shaped as a stepped shaft with two or more layers coaxial with the throttle sleeve. The number of shaft shoulders of the valve core is smaller than or equal to the number of hole shoulders of the sleeve cavity of the throttle sleeve, such that each set of shaft shoulders of the valve core in an axial direction can form a sealing surface fit with corresponding hole shoulders of the throttle sleeve. A flow channel groove is axially or obliquely formed on each of the hole shoulders of the throttle sleeve and/or the shaft shoulders of the valve core.

    Abstract: A metabolic enzyme-induced micro-nano plastic particle biodegradation method and a product analysis method therefor are disclosed. The biodegradation method includes the following steps: step (1), cutting an appropriate quantity of plastic products into small pieces; step (2), placing the plastic products in a ball mill tank and milling the plastic products in vacuum in a ball mill; step (3), weighing and dispersing the milled plastic sample with water to prepare a dispersion with a concentration; step (4), mixing the micro-nano plastic dispersion with a metabolic enzyme solution, and placing the mixed solution in a vortex oscillator for mixing well; and step (5), incubating the mixed solution in a waterproof incubator. The present invention provides for the first time a method for biodegradation and metabolism of micro-nano plastics under mild conditions and under the induction of a metabolic enzyme, namely, glutathione S-transferase.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a system for managing and storing cables comprising a storage tray slidably mounted in a housing enclosure for coiling, spooling and/or storing cables of various lengths. The cable management system of the present invention minimizes or eliminates cable strain during technician access and cable storage. Located within the tray are elements including a routing system comprising spooling elements and cable guiding walls configured to define compartments for storage of the cables and cable routing paths. The tray further comprises cable openings extending along both sides of the tray configured to allow a portion of the cable length to extend from the muting elements and out the side of the tray. The cable management system also comprises two cable guides maintain the cable in a fixed position relative to the side of the housing when the tray is moved.
