Abstract: Disclosed is an LPC residual signal encoding/decoding apparatus of an MDCT based unified voice and audio encoding device. The LPC residual signal encoding apparatus analyzes a property of an input signal, selects an encoding method of an LPC filtered signal, and encode the LPC residual signal based on one of a real filterbank, a complex filterbank, and an algebraic code excited linear prediction (ACELP).

Abstract: In one embodiment, a plasma processing device may include a dielectric window, a vacuum chamber, an energy source, and at least one air amplifier. The dielectric window may include a plasma exposed surface and an air exposed surface. The vacuum chamber and the plasma exposed surface of the dielectric window can cooperate to enclose a plasma processing gas. The energy source can transmit electromagnetic energy through the dielectric window and form an elevated temperature region in the dielectric window. The at least one air amplifier can be in fluid communication with the dielectric window. The at least one air amplifier can operate at a back pressure of at least about 1 in-H2O and can provide at least about 30 cfm of air.

Abstract: Computer implemented methods and computerized apparatus are provided for global registration between a first point cloud and a second point cloud obtained by a scanning device on an identical spatial scene at two separate instances. The method comprises extracting a first set of discriminative line-pairs from the first point cloud and a second set of discriminative line-pairs from the second point cloud, wherein a discriminative line-pair is a line-pair having high discriminative power compared to a randomly selected line-pair. In some embodiments, then a plurality of matching line-pair groups between the two sets of discriminative line-pairs are identified in accordance with one thresholding criterion related to between-line relationship, line geometry and line location; and a compass angle criterion related to compass errors of the scanning device. The method further comprises finding most reliable correspondence between the two point clouds by voting and then computing a global transformation matrix.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method for preparing caprolactam including: (1) contacting cyclohexanone oxime with a catalyst to carry out reaction in the presence of ethanol and under the condition of gas phase Beckmann rearrangement reaction of cyclohexanone oxime; (2) separating the reaction product obtained in step (1) to produce an ethanol solution of crude caprolactam, and then separating the ethanol solution of crude caprolactam to obtain ethanol and crude caprolactam; (3) removing impurities with boiling points lower than that of caprolactam in the crude caprolactam to obtain a light component removal product; (4) mixing the light component removal product with a crystallization solvent to carry out crystallization and solid-liquid separation to obtain a crystalline crystal; (5) subjecting the crystalline crystal to a hydrogenation reaction; wherein the crystallization solvent contains 0.1-2 wt % of ethanol.

Abstract: The invention discloses an energy storage transient power coordinated control method for restraining subsequent commutation failures, which includes: detecting DC current, AC bus voltage and arc quenching angle on the inverter side; Controlling the energy storage power station to enter the transient control mode when the DC current is greater than the first current threshold or the AC bus voltage is less than the voltage threshold or the arc quenching angle is less than the first arc quenching angle threshold. By detecting the DC current and arc quenching angle on the inverter side, the active power output time instruction and reactive power output time instruction are determined respectively. The active power output amplitude instruction is determined by detecting the AC bus voltage, and the reactive power output amplitude instruction is determined by using the constraint of the total energy storage capacity.
