Abstract: A cell-specific sounding reference symbol (SRS) subframe configuration and UE-specific SRS configuration are defined for carrier aggregation. For the cell-specific SRS subframe configuration, the same cell-specific SRS subframes are configured for all uplink (UL) carrier components (CCs). For the UE-specific SRS configuration, different configurations are applied for UL CCs. Also, to reduce signaling overhead, the different UE-specific SRS configuration is signaled by using an offset on top of the UE-specific SRS configuration of a primary component carrier (PCC).

Abstract: A wireless positioning server using clock offset compensation and a wireless positioning method using the same. The wireless positioning server using clock offset compensation estimates a precise position of a tag requiring position information by effectively predicting information regarding a distance between a beacon for performing positioning and the tag requiring position information. An error in the positioning estimation result due to a clock offset is minimized by measuring a relative clock frequency ratio between beacons and by compensating for clock frequencies of the beacons when a distance between a beacon and a tag is estimated.

  • Publication number: 20130242419
Abstract: A two-axis, optical mount provides two flexural elements monolithically and homogeneously formed of a single material with, and interconnecting, three rigid segments. Between each pair of rigid segments, beginning with the first and second, a set of extensions is formed to have a cross section that permits simple, easy, independent adjustment therebetween. Likewise, a flexural element exists between the second and third rigid elements. Meanwhile, the rigid elements have section moduli sufficiently great as to be orders of magnitude larger than the flexural stiffness or section modulus of the flexural elements, thus providing flexures that operate in the elastic mode and introduce no joint type accuracy errors in adjustment.
