Abstract: A mobile wireless communications device includes a portable housing having a metallic front housing forming a peripheral sidewall as a metallic ring. A circuit board is carried by the portable housing and forms a chassis ground plane. A wireless communications circuit is carried by a circuit board. An antenna circuit is carried by a circuit board and connected to the wireless communications circuit. A frequency selective grounding circuit is positioned at a selected grounding location at the chassis ground plane and metallic front housing and forms a harmonic trap that responds to a specific range of frequencies.

Abstract: A differential amplifier circuit includes a differential operational amplifier that includes a differential pair circuit and operates based on a constant bias current supplied from a bias current source circuit, and the differential amplifier circuit includes a bias current generator circuit. Abstract: The process comprises delivering a spray solution comprising at least one solute in a solvent to a spray-drying apparatus, using a flash nozzle to atomize the spray solution into droplets within the spray-drying apparatus to remove at least a portion of the solvent from the droplets to form a plurality of particles, and collecting the particles. The spray solution is directed to a heat exchanger, thereby increasing the temperature of the spray solution to a temperature T2, wherein T2 is greater than T1. The near infrared shielding masterbatch includes a cross-linked thermoplastic polymer and at least one metallic ionic compound powder. The cross-linked thermoplastic polymer comprises a thermoplastic polymer cross-linked by a cross-linking agent and that a weight ratio of the thermoplastic polymer to the cross-linking agent is about 68.7:2 to about 98.7:0.1. Abstract: Methods of encoding and decoding for video data are described for encoding or decoding coefficients for a transform unit. In particular, the significant-coefficient flags for a coefficient group are encoded and decoded based upon a context determination, and the context is determined based upon the values of neighboring flags. The neighborhood used to determine the context varies depending on whether the significant-coefficient flag to be encoded or decoded is in the two right columns or two bottom rows of the coefficient group or not. The upper-left corner may also have a different neighborhood. If the flag is in one of the two right columns or two bottom rows one of the alternative context neighborhoods is used to avoid relying on significant-coefficient flags in other coefficient groups.
Abstract: The synthesis and evaluation of gastroprotective effect of different tryptamine derivatives. Tryptamine derivatives have been synthesized by formation of amide or ester with some known anti oxidant molecules. These derivatives show excellent antioxidant property in vitro. Among all the derivatives the compound SEGA (3a), that was prepared by the combination of serotonin with gallic acid shows the greater antioxidant property than the other synthesized compounds both in vivo and in vitro. SEGA(3a) shows the gastroprotective effect against NSAIDs (indomethacin or diclofenac)-induced gastropathy in dose dependent manner and also accelerates the healing from injury. It prevents the NSAIDs-induced mitochondrial oxidative stress in vivo. This derivative prevents NSAID-induced mitochondrial oxidative stress-mediated apoptosis in vivo by preventing the activation of caspase 9 and caspase-3 and restores NSAIDs-mediated collapse of mitochondroial transmembrane potential and dehydrogenase activity.

Abstract: Disclosed are a method for deciding a motion partition mode and an encoder. The method for deciding a motion partition mode includes reading, a motion partition mode decision unit, motion vector information of more than one neighboring block decided as an inter mode among neighboring blocks of a current prediction unit C0 from a motion vector storage unit; and deciding, by the motion partition mode decision unit, the motion partition mode for the current prediction unit using the read motion vector information. In accordance with the embodiments of the present invention, it is possible to perform the real-time encoding in the high-resolution and high-complexity video by shortening the time required for the motion estimation and improving the performance of the encoder.
