Abstract: This invention provides a co-disposal pollution control method of municipal solid waste and fly ash leached by membrane concentrate, obtained residue and application thereof. A co-disposal pollution control method of municipal solid waste and fly ash leached by membrane concentrate, comprising the following steps: heat treating the mixture of leached ash and municipal solid waste at 800-1100° C. to obtain residue; the leaching ash is fly ash after being leached with membrane concentrate. The invention solves the problems existed in the co-disposal treatment of membrane concentrate, incineration fly ash and municipal solid waste, and the leaching toxicity of the ash leached by the membrane concentrated solution is reduced, moreover, the leaching concentration of heavy metals in the residue obtained after the leaching treatment is treated with municipal solid waste at medium and high temperature, and the residue obtained after heat treatment can be used as building materials.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for radiolocation using backscatter RFID tags and a special-purpose reader that produces a stepped-frequency continuous wave (SFCW) radio frequency (RF) interrogation signal comprising N carrier frequencies. A backscattered interrogation signal from a backscatter RFID tag is down-converted using at least a portion of the generated SFCW RF interrogation signal. Received signal phases (RSP) corresponding to the N carrier frequencies are determined. Received signal strength (RSS) may be determined to improve performance. A distance between the RFID reader and the backscatter RFID tag may be estimated based on at least a summation of differences between RSPs corresponding to adjacent carrier frequencies.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to water environment governance technology, and particularly discloses an urban river/lake water environment multi-interface governance and restoration method. The method is a multi-interface coordinated governance and restoration method based on “control for bottom, regulation for middle and governance for top”, including: “control for bottom”—controlling the emission of sediment nutritive salts and the dormancy and recovery of algae; “regulation for middle”—regulating primary productivity in a water body to inhibit the recovery of the algae; and “governance for top”—reducing nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients of an air-water interface to control the reproduction and growth of the algae. In the present disclosure, the water body governance and restoration technology based on interface coordination can effectively inhibit the outbreak of cyanobacteria and avoid extreme conditions in the ecosystem.
