Abstract: In various embodiments, rapid, sensitive detection of molecular hydrogen is achieved by chemically converting hydrogen to water vapor and then detecting the water vapor as a surrogate for the hydrogen. Detection may be enhanced by dampening variation in ambient water vapor and rapidly actively modulating a hydrogen-derived water vapor component. For example, the detector may receive sample gas that includes ambient water vapor and hydrogen, dry the sample gas to dampen variation in the ambient water vapor, divide the sample gas into a chemical conversion flow and a bypass flow, chemically convert hydrogen in the chemical conversion flow to water vapor, alternate between measuring water vapor in the converted chemical conversion flow or the bypass flow to produce a water vapor signal, separate the water vapor signal in the time domain to extract a hydrogen-derived water vapor signal, and output a hydrogen signal based on the hydrogen-derived water vapor signal.

Abstract: Processing methods and apparatus for increasing a reaction chamber batch size. Such a method of processing deposition substrates (e.g., wafers), involves conducting a deposition on a first portion of a batch of deposition wafers in a reaction chamber, conducting an interval conditioning reaction chamber purge to remove defects generated by the wafer processing from the reaction chamber; and following the interval conditioning mid-batch reaction chamber purge, conducting the deposition on another portion of the batch of wafers in the reaction chamber. The interval conditioning reaction chamber purge is conducted prior to exceeding a baseline for acceptable defect (e.g., particle) generation in the chamber and is performed while no wafers are positioned in the reaction chamber.

Abstract: A method of reducing signals associated with one or more classes of unwanted noise is disclosed which includes choosing one or more classes as noise to be cancelled while allowing the remainder of classes amongst a plurality of classes to pass through, dividing an incoming time-varying signal into a plurality of snippets having a single or a plurality of durations, transforming each snippet into an associated frequency spectrum, thus generating a plurality of spectra, for each spectrum of the plurality of spectra, identifying presence of the one or more classes chosen as noise, for each identified class of noise, multiplying a 180° phase-shifted version of a frequency signal associated with the identified class of noise by a frequency spectrum of the incoming signal, thereby generating an associated frequency-domain noise-cancelled spectrum, inverse transforming the frequency-domain noise-cancelled spectrum into a time-varying noise-cancelled signal, and outputting the time-varying noise-cancelled signal.
Abstract: Disclosed is a color solar cell module including a transparent substrate, a plurality of solar cells disposed on one side of the transparent substrate and each having a light receiving part, and a color layer disposed on a surface of each of the plurality of solar cells on an opposite side surface of the light receiving part.

As the switching controlling unit informs the magnetic field switching unit to turn on the first switching electromagnets and to turn off the second switching electromagnets according to the driving signal, the vehicle is guided by magnetic fields of the first switching electromagnets to drive from the first section of the first route to the second section along the guiding section; as the switching controlling unit informs the magnetic field switching unit to turn on the second switching electromagnets and to turn off the first switching electromagnets according to the driving signal, the vehicle is guided by magnetic fields of the second switching electromagnets to drive from the first section of the first route to the continuous section of the second route along the switching section.
Abstract: Systems, methods, and other embodiments described herein relate to estimating scaled depth maps by sampling variational representations of an image using a learning model. In one embodiment, a method includes encoding data embeddings by a learning model to form conditioned latent representations using attention networks, the data embeddings including features about an image from a camera and calibration information about the camera. The method also includes computing a probability distribution of the conditioned latent representations by factoring scale priors. The method also includes sampling the probability distribution to generate variations for the data embeddings. The method also includes estimating scaled depth maps of a scene from the variations at different coordinates using the attention networks.
