  • Patent number: 12292969
Abstract: In a method for detecting an attack compromise window in a CMS website for which a temporal sequence of a plurality of snapshots of website backups have been stored, a temporally ordered set of spatial elements from each snapshot is constructed. Spatial metrics are computed for each individual snapshot's elements. The collected spatial metrics are temporally correlated and queried against attack models to recover an attack timeline. Attack events in the attack timeline are labelled. A sequence of assigned attack labels is verified. The compromise window is extracted from the plurality of snapshots.

  • Patent number: 12291501
Abstract: Provided are embodiments of para-substituted 1,1-dialkyl-4-phenylpiperazin-1-ium iodides advantageous for modulating inflammation that have been synthesized and their electrophysiology activities for ?9, ?9?10, and ?7 nAChRs compared. The para position contained alkyl or aryl amides, or heterocyclic isosteres for the amide, and the alkyl groups were varied at the ammonium piperazine nitrogen to see if compensatory changes in size at this position of the molecule impacted function. The compounds were characterized with two-electrode voltage-clamp measurements on Xenopus oocytes expressing nAChRs. General, the compounds were more potent for ?9-containing receptors than for ?7, and the majority were either full or strong partial agonists for ?9-containing nAChR.

  • Patent number: 12290403
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for performing transcranial diagnostic procedures using a transcranial ultrasound transducer array. The array elements are positioned and oriented such that far field regions respectively associated therewith spatially overlap within the brain of a patient. The array elements may be oriented approximately normal to the skull, permitting efficient coupling of ultrasound energy into the brain. The array elements are controlled to generate ultrasound pulses, where the timing of the pulses is controlled, based on registration between the array elements and volumetric image data, such that ultrasound energy is focused at a target within spatially overlapping far fields of the array elements. The transcranial ultrasound transducer array elements may be positioned and oriented relative to the skull such that their respective ultrasound beams are focused within the skull and diverging with the brain.
