Abstract: A method for running a computer program on computing hardware, in particular on a microprocessor. The computer program includes multiple program objects designed as tasks, for example. Transient and permanent errors are detected during the running of the computer program on the computing hardware. To be able to handle these transient errors constructively when they occur in a computer system in such a way that the functionality and function reliability of the computer system are restored within the shortest possible error tolerance time, at least one program object that has already been sent for execution is set into a defined state on detection of an error and is restarted from this state. The program object is a runtime object of the computer program, for example, also known as a task. Abstract: The hand-held power tool has a vibration-damped main handle. The hand-held power tool has a device for fastening the main handle to a main element configured so that when the main element moves out of a stationary position toward the main handle the main element swivels around at least one swivel axis so that it is guided along a trajectory that extends with a slant of at least 10° relative to a flat surface, which extends through a longitudinal tool axis and which has a surface normal oriented in a normal direction perpendicular to the longitudinal tool axis. As a result vibrations with a movement component perpendicular to the longitudinal tool axis are damped as well as vibrations that induce motion of the main element in the direction of the longitudinal tool axis toward the main handle.
