The technology box is located remotely from the work surface/keyboard stack. The upper housing may be moved from a closed use position to a partially open, forward position allowing a user to access the power button of laptop and to a fully open position where the laptop may be removed.

Abstract: A modular recycling unit comprises a support for supporting a first container. The first container is tiltable between a first position where the interior of the container is accessible and a second position where the interior of the container is inaccessible. The first container is freely removable from the support. A second container is supported on the support such that it is in a stacked relationship relative to the first container. The second container is freely removable from the support.

Abstract: A mobile technology cabinet includes a compartment having a work platform mounted for rotational motion between a substantially vertical storage position and a deployed position. A monitor support is operatively connected to the work platform such that movement of the work platform between the storage position and the deployed position causes the monitor support to rise from a storage position to a deployed position. The work platform may be rotated relative to the cabinet to simultaneously deploy the work surface and to raise the monitor. A base supports the cabinet for movement on wheels. A frame extends from the base and supports a cabinet such that the cabinet is movable between a raised position and a lowered position.

Abstract: A work station comprises a work platform that may be mounted on a movable carriage. The work platform may support a keyboard tray on a drawer where the drawer may be moved between a retracted position and an extended position. The tray is mounted for pivoting motion in a first direction and a second direction between a lowered position and a raised position. A gear is operatively connected to the tray such that rotation of the tray causes rotation of the gear. A pawl is biased into engagement with the gear to prevent movement of the tray in the second direction to lock the tray in an angular position when the tray is moved in the first direction. A latch disengages the pawl from the gear when the tray reaches the fully raised position to allow the tray to move in the second direction to the lowered position.

Abstract: A workstation comprises a support and a carriage mounted on the support and movable relative to the support. The carriage supports a work platform. A counter-balance supports the carriage and the work platform. A lock mechanism locks the carriage relative to the support in a desired position. The workstation may comprise a swing arm attached to the support at a vertical pivot such that the support may pivot relative to the swing arm. A method of operating the work station is also provided comprising moving an actuator to retract the pin from the rack. The weight of the support is supported by the counter-balance. The carriage is repositioned and the actuator is released to allow the pin to move to the extended position where it engages the rack.

Each base has a bottom, a continuous side wall terminating at a top edge, an open top bounded thereby, and an interior storage space. The plurality of bases can be stacked to form a base stack. Each lid has a main panel section, a perimeter skirt, a top side, and a bottom side. Each lid can close off the open top of any of the plurality of bases by connecting a part of the perimeter skirt to the side wall near the top edge. Each lid has a first connecting structure with a lid-to-lid component and a mating lid-to-lid component. Each lid-to-lid component can connect to the mating lid-to-lid component on another of the lids to form a lid stack. Each lid also has a lid-to-base component of a second connecting structure different from the first connecting structure. Each base has a mating lid-to-base component of the second connecting structure.

Abstract: A storage system is provided comprising a rail mounted to a surface. A cabinet is supported on said rail. At least one engagement member engages the rail to suspend the cabinet from the rail. The cabinet is supported at an angle relative to the surface. An adjustment mechanism is used to adjust the position of the engagement member relative to the rail for adjusting the angle. A method of mounting a cabinet on a surface is also provided comprising mounting a rail having a flange on a surface. A cabinet as described herein is suspended from the rail by the engagement member. The adjustment mechanism is moved towards or away from the surface to adjust the angle of the cabinet.

Abstract: A container comprises a receptacle defining a space where the receptacle comprises a wall having a draft. A divider is mounted to the receptacle such that the divider rotates between a first position and a second position such that when the divider is in the first position the space defines a single space and when the divider is in the second position the divider defines two spaces. In another embodiment a divider is mounted to the receptacle such that the divider translates between a first position and a second position such that when the divider is in the first position the space defines a single space and when the divider is in the second position the divider defines two spaces.

Abstract: A winder accessory comprises a gripper assembly adapted to be releasably attached to a rail. A cord winder mechanism is supported on the gripper and comprises a spooling mechanism for winding a cord. The spool mechanism rotates on a rotating joint about a first axis of rotation relative to the gripper. The spooling mechanism may comprise a wireform. A detachable pivot joint may be provided between the cord winder mechanism and the gripper assembly that defines a second axis of rotation.

A pair of laterally spaced apart tracks is provided on either the drawer side panels or the mounting unit drawer supports. A pair of lugs protrudes from each of the other of the drawer side panels or the mounting unit drawer supports. Each pair of lugs is slidable relative to and along a respective one of the tracks. The drawer is slidable between a closed position and an open position relative to the mounting unit. The tracks and lugs cooperate such that the front end and rear end of the drawer are substantially level with one another in the closed position and the front end is lower than the rear end in the open position.

The shelving system includes two frames that may include wire for forming ends of the shelving system. In another embodiment, a shelving system includes at least two brackets that are configured to engage a fixed shelf, and at least one rigid strap depending from each bracket. Two frames are each associated with and releaseably attached to one of the rigid straps and include a shelf supporting element including a shelf retaining portion. A shelf is supported by the shelf supporting element and is retained in place with the shelf retaining portion.
