  • Patent number: 6026745
Abstract: A tail edge side part 50b of a plate 50 disposed on a cylinder surface of a plate cylinder 1 is pushed in a direction of an arrow 100 with a blade 39 rotated in a direction of an arrow 91. At that time, a tail edge side lower plate 6 maintains an initial position. And the tail edge side part 50b is clamped by closing a tail edge side upper plate 7 with a condition that the tail edge side part 50b is in contact with the tail edge side lower plate 6 by the rotation of the blade 39.

  • Patent number: 5953993
Abstract: A leading edge side shaft 6, a tail edge side shaft 12 and a pulling shaft 14 are interlocked with one another through gears. The gears are rotated by using rotation of the plate cylinder. A leading edge side part 10a of the plate 10 is clamped with a leading edge side clamp 4 in accordance with the rotation of the leading edge side shaft 6. Thereafter, a tail edge side part 10b of the plate 10 disposed on the cylinder surface of the plate cylinder 60 is clamped with a tail edge side clamp 5. The plate 10 is pulled in a plate tensioning direction as a result of moving the tail edge side clamp 5 in the direction of the arrow 90 in accordance with the rotation of the pulling shaft 14.

  • Patent number: 5927202
Abstract: A cam shaft 23 is rotated 90 degrees when the plate 10 is fitted on the plate cylinder 60. Thus, as a result of the rotation, a flange part 3T of the tail edge side clamping base 3 is pushed by movement of a spring base 15 which receives a pushing force generated by springs 16. Therefore, the plate 10 is pulled in a tension applying direction. Since the tail edge side clamping base 3 does not receive the limitation of the cam shaft 23 directly, the tail edge side clamping base 3 can be moved in a direction parallel to a shaft of the plate cylinder 60. Thus, a diagonal image adjustment of the plate can be done easily.

  • Patent number: 5904097
Abstract: A plurality of spring bases 50, 51 and 52 are provided to a tail edge side clamping base 76 independently. A pair of base convexes 51T are formed on both an upper surface and a lower surface of the spring base 51. A tension selecting part 70 comprising a first block 72 having a pair of block convexes 72T is provided at a position confronted with the spring base 51. The block convexes 72T and the base convexes 51T are contacted with each other by moving a lever 72L formed on an upper surface of the first block 72 when the plate 15 is fitted tightly on a cylinder surface of a plate cylinder 60 with low tension. The lever 72L is moved either in a direction of the arrow 100 or 101 when the plate 15 is fitted tightly on the cylinder surface of the plate cylinder 60 with high tension.

  • Patent number: 5878972
Abstract: A release preventing device for a fishing reel provided with a one-way clutch that allows a rotating body, such as the spool of a double-bearing type fishing reel and the rotor of a spinning reel, to rotate in one direction but restricts rotation of that rotating body in the other direction. Rotation is restricted in the reverse direction, the direction in which fishing line is released, by a wedge effect, wherein roller members are wedged between an inner race and an outer race.

  • Patent number: 5868072
Abstract: Shafts 7, a plate 6 and a guide plate 5 are moved so as to follow movement of both a stay 4 and a pushing member 3 by pushing force of coil springs 12 when the stay 4 and the pushing member 3 are moved toward a direction of an arrow 91 in accordance with rotation of pinion gears 15. The movement of both the plate 6 and the guide plate 5 is suspended when the shaft grips 7b are contacted to arms 13. Thereafter, only the stay 4 and the pushing part 3 are moved toward a direction of the arrow 91. So that, a tail edge side part 10b of the plate 10 is guided between the tail edge side clamp 23 and the tail side clamping base 24 along with the guide plate 5.

  • Patent number: 5852299
Abstract: It is an object of the present invention to provide an irregular feeding detection device and a detection method of irregular feeding having high detection precision. The irregular feeding detection device is a device to detect irregular feeding of printing paper 10 (the printing papers overlapped partially or overlapped completely) fed to a direction shown as arrow 90 in a printing machine. An transparent light amount detector 2b carries out a plurality of detection with predetermined interval when the printing paper 10 reaches to the predetermined starting position (FIG. 5A). Thus, the amount (value) of detecting light at a plurality of the detecting places (P1, P2 and P3) can be detected. For instance, when at least two pieces of printing papers are fed into the device, irregular feeding signal are outputted since the irregularity of feeding is detected at least two detecting places.

  • Patent number: 5778777
Abstract: A wiper 14 is arranged at a position so as to press to both a side surface 2M of a water fountain roller 2 and a side surface 3M of a metering roller 3. The dampening solution 10 adhered on the side surface 2M and 3M can be scraped off from the side surfaces by the wiper 14. Further, surplus dampening solution 10 stored in a groove 5 formed between the rollers is guided into a water fountain 4. The wiper 14 is made of an elastic body having water retention. So that, lubrication is expected when the dampening solution 10 is absorbed in the wiper 14. Other grooves are formed on the wiper 14 along with edges of a bracket 27 and a bracket 28.
