Abstract: An article of footwear, such as a boot, including an outer sole assembly and an upper, the boot extending lengthwise from a rear end to a front end, widthwise between a lateral side and a medial side, and heightwise from the outer sole assembly to an upper end of the upper, the upper including a lateral quarter and a medial quarter, the boot including a first tightening device, which itself includes a linkage and a quick-locking device, the boot including a cover flap. The flap demarcates a storage space capable of receiving the quick-locking device.
Abstract: A gliding apparatus includes a gliding board, a first front boot-retaining device for ascending a slope and a second front boot-retaining device for the descent. The first front retaining device comprises a first boot-fastening mechanism, defining a boot pivot axis during the ascent. The second front retaining device comprises a second boot-fastening mechanism, including a movable element incorporating an interface surface capable of contacting a front portion of the boot, the movable element being separate from the first fastening mechanism. The second front retaining device is configurable in a first “inactive” configuration for which the interface surface is away from the boot front portion, and a second “active” configuration for which the interface surface contacts the boot front portion. The first boot-fastening mechanism is capable of cooperating with the movable element of the second front retaining device so as to maintain the second front retaining device in its active configuration.
Abstract: A binding for a boot on a gliding board adapted to be used during a sporting activity involving gliding phases, the binding making it possible to attach the boot of a user in a first longitudinal position in relation to the gliding board. The binding includes a plate having at least one slide; a base adapted to be attached to the gliding board; at least one rail fixed to the base and cooperating with the slide, the plate being movable in translation along the rail and in both directions, in relation to the base between a maximum advance position in which the plate is in support against a first stop, and a maximum retraction position in which the plate is in support against a second stop; a damping mechanism damping the translational movement of the plate in both directions, in relation to the base, and which positions the plate by default in a central position in which the plate is located, along the rail, between the maximum advance position and the maximum retraction position.
Abstract: A pole handle comprising a wrist strap formed of a strap connected to an insert, a body oriented along a longitudinal axis, the body comprising an insert housing adapted to receive the insert, the insert housing being arranged in the upper portion of the body, such that the insert can be inserted into the housing along a direction substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the body, and a latching mechanism for retaining the insert in the insert housing, the unlatching of the latching mechanism being capable of being actuated directly by a displacement of the insert along the direction opposite that of insertion of the insert. The latching mechanism comprises a latch movable in relation to the body.
Abstract: The invention related to a shoe comprising: a sole assembly; an upper comprising a first envelope comprising: a lower portion designed to surround the foot of a user; and an upper portion designed to surround the ankle or the ankle and a portion of the lower leg of the user; and an information transmission band comprising: a first portion affixed to the sole assembly and/or the lower portion of the first envelope by a connection device, such as stitches; and a second portion designed to wrap around the upper portion of the first envelope, extending the first portion and comprising a first fastening device that cooperates with a second fastening device affixed to the upper portion of the first envelope.
